The property is old, cleaned as it can be, the conditions fit the price. For a budget travelers, I recommend the hotel.

Front desk person was RUDE- said I could NOT check in because my reservation was for July 21. I said it is the 21st. After I explained I spoke to someone at the hotel ( I missed getting Her name!) The front desk clerk further stated when I asked if I could pay for another night, that she could not even charge my card. I asked why not, She said it was because I booked through a third party. I said what can we do? I have no car in which to go somewhere else and I need to get some sleep. She charged me $83.99 for half a day. Snarky woman was barely cordial. The hotel itself was run down, The public bathroom was out of order. The ice maker was BROKEN! Room was meh. Bed covers were old, thin and had holes in them. Curtains were dingy and stained. Paint was newer but poorly done with missed spots and scrapes. Bathroom had 80's tile with mildew all throughout the grout lines, The tub was supposed to be white but was so dingy and stained it was gray in the bottom. The vent in bathroom was hanging by one screw. The ice maker was a real issue since I'm diabetic.

Waited an hour at front desk for first contact. Unbeleivable

Morning staff Friendly Night staff do not smile or greet you act like don’t want be there
-
I changed rooms twice on my first full day there because the toilet ran constantly in 1 room, and no water pressure in the other
-
I like that because it was easy to find my room and I got a lot of rest

Very dirty and unsafe room, sliding glass door lock was broken, wires running through the floor, moldy bathtub, strong bleach smell in the rooms made almost impossible to breathe. I can’t understand how a hotel is operating in those conditions. Expedia should verify the product before offer it to the customers.

Stay away!!!! Do not let the pictures fool you. It is basically a halfway house. Front desk staff didnt greet us. There was no "ill be with you on a minute " nothing for almost 10 full minutes. The door and hallway we were told to use to get to our room was dark and scary. The room smelled of mildew. The toilet leaked there was water all over the bathroom floor. There was mold on the AC vents, roach eggs and rat feces. We immediately left. Still waiting for our refund 2 months later.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Public transportation available, on site laundry and pool.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. This hotel was infested with bugs. We had to change rooms 3 times. One room had really bad water damage, the floor boards were sticking out. The room we settled for (because the booking was non-refundable) had dead bugs everywhere and it was not clean at all. Because of all this we decided to leave all our belongings in our car. Worse hotel ever.

Here is what I have a problem with: upon checking in on May 24, 2026, the first night, I was scammed by the night clerk, Sharon C. Never have I ever been asked to pay for a hotel to an employee's personal Chime account. Since I was exhausted and my best friend was paying for the room, he did it for me as a favor. Since my travel plans were postponed till today, May 25, I paid for another night through Expedia. At this motel, they do not let you wait in the lobby after check-out for an Uber, Lyft, or any other type of transportation. I am not sure what goes on at this motel, but that is not cool when it's almost 100 degrees outside and humid.
