Fairfield Inn & Suites Tampa Westshore / Airport

All good

Beverly was exceptionally courteous! Very professional and helpful! The room was very clean and the breakfast was great. The choices were great. Anyone could have breakfast there and be satisfied! Easy to find. Close to the stadium and all of the staff was friendly; including but not limited to the lady during breakfast hours, front desk and housekeeping. Elevator was VERY clean.

It was spacious and clean

great experience

The TV in the room was broken and not connected, which was inconvenient and required me to move to another room. This is something that should have been checked and addressed prior to assigning the room to a client. A basic inspection of the room and its amenities before check-in would have prevented this inconvenience. I do want to acknowledge that the staff was kind, courteous, and very helpful in addressing the issue. However, I had just arrived after a long flight and was already tired, so having to pack up and move to another room was especially inconvenient. I hope this feedback will help ensure that rooms and their amenities are thoroughly checked before guests arrive.

Staff so nice, love the place!

Very polite, professional, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

Passable

Adore este Hotel. Bonito, comodo, confortable y excelente ubicacion. Nosotros fuimos para el concierto de Bruno Mars y nos quedamos con ganas de dormir una noche mas... Nos hicieron sentir super bien. El Desayuno super delicioso... Gracias por hacernos sentir en casa.

We chose to stay here due to the proximity to the stadium for the Bruno Mars concert. The location is great, walkable to the stadium and a safe neighborhood. The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean and we had no complaints.

Very convenient to the Raymond James stadium! We walked safely to and from the Bruno Mars concert! Front desk staff, I think her name was Vicki, was helpful, funny, friendly and nice! Room was clean and had no issues! We had no problems at all! Thank you!

$50 for a sedan parking fee was charged per night, which is so different with the mentioned fee.

The bed was really soft, the swimming pool was really nice. The parking was really higher than I expected.
