Smells like sewer in the room, first hotel ive been to where the shower water is cold and wont get hot. Would not recommend for extended stays. Outside the maintenance issues, staff was friendly quick easy check in.

You have to pay for parking!! What airport hotel does that? There is no complimentary breakfast so between parking and breakfast add another $50 per day to the cost of staying here.

Had to come back to check in 3 times, was told I’d have rooms saved next to each other and didn’t. One of the rooms had issues and the other room was having issues too

So convenient to the mall and airport. Beautiful hotel.

Besides the cold shower... the hotel provided a pleasant experience for an overnight stay.

The shower had two control nozzles with no indication of which controlled the hot or cold water. During my first shower, there was no hot water at all. Later, the water became extremely hot with no practical way to regulate the temperature, creating both an inconvenience and a safety concern. In addition, the shower head could not be adjusted and sprayed water erratically, making it even more difficult to shower comfortably. There were also periods when the air conditioning did not function properly, leaving the room uncomfortable. Most concerning, I was bitten repeatedly while in the room, making it nearly impossible to get a restful night’s sleep. I reported all of these issues to the front desk during my stay. The staff asked for my room number and advised that maintenance would be sent to my room. Despite bringing these concerns to the hotel’s attention, my stay was significantly impacted.

Some of the bathroom definitely needs to be touched up. mis matched paint, door was missing a bunch of wood. paper wall was coming off

Pablo at the desk is extremely helpful, I would Rate him 5 stars alone as well as the shuttle service. The building is kinda older but that’s service 100%.
