Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore

I appreciate this property being well maintained, with friendly, helpful staff. Of course, since this stay was related to a flight out of TPA, the included shuttle serice (and drivers) was excellent and most convienient. The furnishings, TV, mini fridge, and the dresser-desk was excellent; plus the provided bath shower gel and shampoo is a very nice touch. No dislikes for me; actually as I was checking out, I was thinking that I's enjoyd spending several nights at Tampa Hilton Westshore.

Not a bad place, but they charge a lot for parking in their own parking lot. That just rubs me the wrong way.

One of my favorite places to book when I'm traveling to Tampa.

For been such big brand is kind hard understand how standards are lowered Units are good But my god the bathroom is a bathroom belong à Howard Johnson À Shower valve repair took place and the tile pieces used where if they found them in the back of rundown building An exhaust fan inside the tub area!! How long did everyone thought was going to last? Toilet paper holder falling off the wall Something that could had been a simple fix mutts…

The water was too cold for a shower. The breakfast , lunch and dinner menus sucked.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms, and in a great location

Had a pleasant stay at the property.

I really liked the staff. They were very helpful, accommodating and kind. I’d give them a 10/10. Super sweet. The property looks good but the rooms are dirty. Lots of dust everywhere. If you have allergies, you will be sick. I had to check out a day early. The rooms definitely need a good ole deep cleaning. I would not stay again because of this reason.

hotel was not clean. was unable to check in early as I was there just for a conference for a day and had to get ready in a bathroom multiple people kept coming in. room was gross.

Desk staff helpful with arranging shuttle. Not much to choose from in the snack and food shop so I am glad the restaurant was open.

The location was great and the dog allowance was great. There was no bin outside anywhere or at the dog potty area. I was first given a used room and had to wait for it to be changed. The shower leaked drip drip all night and I could hear peope in the corridor all hours.

Exceptional

The staff were great. The room is in need of a refresh. The sink and tub had no stoppers, if you were to accidently drop your wedding ring it would be gone.
