She made the best old fashions I’ve ever had

The beds were comfortable and close to the mall The hotel was undergoing works which were not mentioned which was dirty and messy. The room itself was ok but some the ammenities (the body lotion etc) were used and empty, there was also there other people’s hair in the shower. Makes me think it wasn’t cleaned properly. The worst part was the fact we booked this hotel as it advertised it has a “free shuttle” from 5.30am to the airport , even says it as you get to the hotel. Except it didn’t. It wasn’t running that day until 7, so had to pay another $30 for an uber. Convenience was the entire reason we booked this hotel. It was not convenient. It was dirty and a building site

Clean and modern

We paid extra to have breakfast for 2 and I wish we would’ve skipped that because the breakfast was terrible. The food buffet tasted like the red roof inn. My husband’s bagel had mold in it. The carpet in our room was very dusty and sticky. The positive was our valet and front desk were extremely nice. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The location and free shuttles The property was being rennovated so it was very noisy and the pool was closed. We weren’t informed before going. We asked for a discount via booking. Com but the hotel never replied

We always have a great time. The hotel lobby was being remodeled but we enjoyed our stay.

The location and room size was very good. Also airport shuttle was very efficient. The fact that they did not tell me that there were major renovations going on at the property which meant the pool and gym were closed and had to use the sister hotel via hotel shuttle. I scored this low due to the fact that the hotel was under renovation and they did not mention it

We spoke to Logan, the manager at the hotel and he was extremely courteous and understanding. He provided meals at the restaurant in house, Gabriella’s. The entire staff, including the valet Nathan, the bartender Julie. The restaurant manager Alma. Everyone was very kind and apologetic for the inconvenience. The staff, except from the one Julie (not to be confused with the amazing bartender) were amazing. We are definitely planning to come back to properly celebrate. I’d strongly recommend that you check with the hotel to make sure the renovations are completed, as they are being done in phases.

When I arrived, construction was going on and I found out the pool was closed. If I wanted a pool, I could go to a hotel nearby. I opted out. Everything was great except the noise downstairs and the lack of pool use on premises. The construction and the pool being off limits
