Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and rooms clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the pool. There was a strange smell coming from the pool water and we were afraid to swim which was a bummer because it was so hot out and we wanted to cool off.

Excellent location with a free shuttle from the airport. Property is adjacent to the best mall in Tampa, so there is a lot to keep you busy with downtime. Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel is excellent, but the pool area is a bit small and quite dated. Brickwork around the pool was being done, but workers were respectful and tried to stay quiet.

The staff was very helpful and let us check in earlier which was very convenient. The hotel room was also clean and staff cleaned it for us.

Unfortunately, the location is the best quality of this hotel. The rooms and hallways are outdated and in need of cleaning and a renovation.

I STAY HERE EVERY TIME I AM AT A CONCERT OR SPORTING EVENT AT RAYMOND JAMES STADIUM. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE LOCATION, MALL RESTURANTS ALL WITH IN A TWO MINUTE WALK.

The staff are outstanding. Great location for Raymond James Stadium. Good choice of restaurants either hotel or mall attached to hotel. Self parking very limited but ok to park in mall with hotel permit. Standard buffer breakfast
