We loved the convenience of the 2 bedroom for our family. All customer service reps. at the hotel were very polite and helpful with all of my request. Prime location to shopping malls and our favourite restaurants. Lighting in the living room.

The property was in a good location for all we planned to do. Somethings we even walked to. A few things that could make it a better stay is, There is a sign on the room door that says checkout is noon. If this is not the case this needs to be taken down and people are usually vacationing when they are there so the breakfast bar and it’s a bar not a buffet should stay open until 10:00-10:30 on the weekends. People are usually just getting up at 9:00. Other than these few things, I would stay again.

Great location excellent front desk service

Had issues’s with room and toilet not working properly. Requested maintenance to fix and never was. They have no maintenance at nighttime and I was told I could take care of the issue myself. Ac is as loud as a freight train. Would not recommend.

Very nice property for pets, lots of dogs staying there. We felt very comfortable, bringing our large dog there. However, it was not disclosed that there was a daily parking fee of $16 and the pet fee was higher than was listed as well. The room was adequate, especially considering we had a dog, but not anything near luxurious. The free breakfast was very nice and had healthy options. There were quite a few restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Gabi. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Property was well maintained. Breakfast hours could be extended to 10:00 am but other than that it was a great stay

The bathroom also did not have any bath soap. We requested soap twice and were told it would be delivered to our room, but it never arrived. On the morning of checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door at approximately 10:45 a.m., well before the stated checkout time. This was especially inconsiderate because the “Later Please—Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed on the door, and several members of my family were not dressed to answer it. I mentioned these issues to the front desk at checkout, but the staff member did not show any concern or offer an apology or resolution. Overall, the service and attention to detail during our stay were disappointing

The daytime staff was wonderful, pleasant and very helpful especially Gabi. She couldn’t be nicer, she remembered guests names and greeted them accordingly.

near to everything essential. close to great restaurants and sports facilities and shopping. beds were poor, mattresses like marshmallows and pull out bed was horrible. old and tacky bedding.

Convenient location and easy to get to. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. Each of the staff I interacted with was friendly and professional.
