Staff friendly and helpful clean great location

I really enjoyed my stay at Residence Inn. Property was super clean, well maintained, with comfortably appointed rooms. The location was perfect with close proximity to all major attractions. The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Lee (front desk representative) who went out of his way to rebook my hotel stay with Residence Inn due to mitigating circumstances and quickly found a temporary accommodation at Courtyard Marriott on a day of my arrival. I highly recommend Residence Inn and will definitely book this hotel for my further travels to Tampa.

LOVED having 2 bedrooms. I wish more hotels would offer this. The location was convenient to all of the activities we had planned.

The room was decent but the balcony was smaller than expected. Water took a long time to get hot and in the kitchen and other room the water barely got hot at all only the shower water was nice. The staff were really friendly and nice. Also breakfast was good and well organized. Overall stay was okay

10 stars! The front desk staff in this hotel is amazing. Not only were they absolutely fabulous at check in, but super helpful when I left my cell phone in the room and they helped locate it and safeguard it for pickup. Truly the best customer experience we have had in a long while.

My room was on the 8th floor (top floor). There was a lot of noise from the roof overnight - perhaps unsecured stuff shifting in the wind. LOUD. I was going to ask to move rooms but I was already in bed so I just endured it. Besides that, the stay was nice.

King comfy bed with full kitchen was awesome, plus view of city area and convenience to I275 Hwy. Coffee fabulous all day long! We were charged $16 per day parking which was not disclosed on Booking site or with my confirmation, so if you could make sure future guests know parking will be a separate add on to the total hotel cost.

I could figure out why I kept sneezing until one day I dropped something on the the floor, looked under the bed, and saw a lot of dust on the floor. The hotel smelled of stinky food on the floor where I rented (2nd floor), I could hear kids/adults talking loudly and dogs barking. One day, I actually thought the dogs were fighting. I am a travel agent and was disappointed in this experience. Please do better and know that I will refrain from booking at this site in the future. Additionally, I was also disappointed to learn of the $16.00 daily parking...
