Quality Inn Tampa Airport - Cruise Port

La habitación se encontraba sucia mucho polvo y la bañera sucia y las sábanas manchadas y con un olor fuerte tu vimos que lavarlas nosotros.

Great location

I have no complaints! We arrived kind of late and the man at the desk was very welcoming and helpful even late at night. Gave me a full run down of everything I could use & made sure I knew how to get to my room. Even gave me a map and drew on it for me! It’s the little things that matter most.. he was super kind I wish I had gotten his name! We were going in a cruise and this was just a one night stay. They do offer cruise transfer for $10 per person. This is useful for A large group. I recommend uber/Lyft for small would because it was only $15 for my family of 4. Would definitely stay again!

Clean room, friendly staff at a good price for the area, plus shuttle to the port is very convenient. Breakfast was good also and the lady running it was extremely nice.

Expedia should harder in helping their customers once they a terrible hotel to their website based off the photos that on the website, making the hotel look better than it actually was an inconvenience in their customers they should work hard on helping, and making sure their customers are happy. The hotel was a old hotel, dirty towels, dirty tub old sheets. Breakfast was not good.

Destiny from the front desk was GREAT!!! !!!! The breakfast attendant was GREAT!!! Ms. Linda I believe her name was. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who drove us to the port but again he was GREAT! Your staff was so accommodating. If I’m ever in Tampa again I’ll will b booking at this property

Clean rooms, friendly staff-especially the staff member at the breakfast buffet. Pool clean and warm and easy location to get around from. Breakfast was good and fresh each morning. The only negative was the lack of airport shuttle even though it was advertised. Otherwise, it was a great stay and would book a room again if we were in the area.

Most of the staff was really helpful and friendly. The evening desk attendant when I arrived was great, really informative. The woman who was helping with the continental breakfast was super friendly and helpful. The front desk gal when we were all catching our shuttles to go to the cruise port wasn't super friendly, a little dismissive. My room was adequate; you can tell the motel is older. My room door looked like at some point it might have been kicked in or something since you could see daylight around it and it was not sitting flush with the frame (the handle side of the door frame had been reinforced with a heavy-duty metal casing) yikes. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. The photos are definitely stock photos and did not reflect what the place actually looked like.

Warning no airport shuttle to hotel.

The place was nice but didn’t like it have to pay extra fee when check in early. Should of say that when booking

I wish the system allowed a 4.5 rating. This hotel is a very good value for the area. It is a little old, but clean and comfortable. I did not get to use the pool, but it was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was not Euro-quality, but was good on the scale of these types of places. The staff was friendly, especially Linda, who handled the breakfasts. I would recommend it for an economical stay in Tampa.

All around awful. I also had a strange man standing outside of my door trying to look into my room throughout the course of the night! It was terrifying!

Staff was friendly and helpful, room was surprisingly clean, location worked out great for what we were in town for. Some restaurants were easily walkable - Wrights was absolutely delicious!

The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. Parking was right outside our door. The hotel waa close to alot of good restaurants. Breakfast hit the spot before getting on the cruise ship. Last at not the least, the staff was great and very friendly!

I can't really blame the hotel or the staff, but the first night our room smelt horribly like cigarettes. I think it was the neighbors that were smoking in their room.The staff was kind enough to give us a new room the next day, which was very nice
