Quality Inn Tampa Airport - Cruise Port

Since it was a quick turnaround I thought I overlook the so and so breakfast warm room and dated facility however I am deeply unsatisfied the staff member assured me my medication in a case was going to be held upon my return from my trip. When I got back they didn’t recall talking to me and nothing was held. They eased my mind and assured me multiple times not to worry only. Don’t believe what they say and if you do leave something behind take a name of person you talked to.

The next morning, we were greeted by a friendly and outgoing staff member named Lenda, who made our morning even more pleasant. The breakfast was standard, but everything was clean, well-organized, and nicely set up. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, which was definitely a big plus. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

Very old facility. Very small check in counter. Room updated. Very poor paint job in the bathroom. Rey congested area.

Had to change rooms 2 times due to clogged tub and then a room that was not cleaned and seemed occupied. Staff did pay for my u er to airport which was the only bright spot. you get what u pay for.

A good experience

She made sure everyone felt welcome, well fed, and well taken care of. Linda truly cared for all guests, and for the hygiene and cleanliness of the premises. Linda is the gem ! The staff in general was courteous, very professional. The hotel itself needs some upgrades, as central air conditioners or better units. Hopefully I do not have to go back to Tampa, but if I do, I will definitely stay here again.

It was nice but basic and clean.

The first bedrooms 114 & 115 had a cigarette smell, the hotel’s personnel helped me, and gave me new bedrooms, they were polite It’s very old, the bedrooms are dark, and smell moldy.

Horrible, we couldn't stay, The air coming from the AC had an overwhelmingly unhealthy smell.

Linda was amazing

Love this place hands down very convenient location m. Walking distance to many places such as IHOP which is my all time fav place when I come to the states to visit. The staff was truly helpful throughout my stay and I appreciate them .❤️❤️❤️ when I take another cruise I'll be sure to use them again

It was a nice to stay

Honestly, It was a great room for the price. Decently clean, super friendly staff, great location. Obviously it is an older motel but it is great for a short stay. We felt safe the entire time.

The room was clean, but smaller than expected. Breakfast was as expected. I didnt have a lot of interaction with the staff, so not much to say there. Our towels were not so clean but thankfully we brought our own in, so I didn't mention that to the staff. The parking lot was a good size for the property.

I totally recommend this hotel. It was super clean

The rooms had bed bugs, gnats, ticks or fleas.
