They front desk clerks was very nice. The area was amazing I payed for a loft they gave me a room, It was no were to warm my food, the cool box they had in the room did not keep my food it spoiled and the drinks was hot. I will never stay at the aloft again

Great location with lots of food options including the onsite Sal Y Mar Rooftop restaurant /bar. The staff were all very attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and the property has a lot of walkable amenities around it including shopping, restaurants, cafes and grocery. The property is very nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the pool access required walking thru a closed bar area. We didn’t end up swimming but the rest of the trip was enjoyable.
