Shuttle service to airport for early flight. Booking a spot on that shuttle without worrying about there being a spot for us. Distance of room from the elevator, since one elevator was not in operation.

After confirming our reservation in the morning, when we arrived at midnight after a long flight. The facility was closed, everything was closed. We found out later the health department had closed the entire building down. 12:30 am and I’m trying to find another place to stay for the night. Luckily the uber driver stuck around for us…

I landed at TPA and had NO accommodation and had to scramble to find a new hotel that had rooms available… my family was on this trip. Very disappointing All of it. It was closed down. No staff. Horrible experience. It was closed when I arrived at midnight without any notice from Booking.com or the Hotel. I found out they sold the Hotel that day being the 1st day sold. Had to pay a fortune on a new Hotel after driving around and paying a taxi for all the driving around. Nothing good about this Hotel.
