Clean room, staff was very helpful’

We requested a rollaway bed for my granddaughter never received one. Then asked for sheets and blanket for the couch in the room so she could go to bed gave us a blanket no sheet, asked again for sheets and towels they brought sheets and 2 robes. There were only 2 towels in the room.

Staying within the airport was perfect. Plenty of food and drink options. 24hour Starbucks. Can’t beat it.

Everything was excellent. This was the fourth stay this year and everything was good.

My biggest complaint is the complete lack of any lobby shop, market, or place to purchase basic necessities. For an airport hotel, this seems like a major oversight. Many guests arrive late after airport restaurants and stores have already closed, and there is nowhere in the hotel to grab a snack, drink, or even basic travel items. After a long day of travel, the last thing you want to do is leave the property to find food or essentials. Even a small self-service market would make a huge difference and seems like a standard amenity for an airport hotel. The rooms and hotel overall could also use a thorough deep cleaning and refresh. The property feels dated and not as well maintained as it should be. While it served its purpose for a quick overnight stay near the airport, it’s not somewhere I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant bar. It is under renovation, which is understandable for being in an airport reasonable prices, considering the location.

The convenience is always a plus. The staff here are ALWAYS top notch and the Bar / Restaurant is a great spot to unwind with a very nice menu and superior service.
