Staff, room and access were amazing.

Room didn’t have a glass or cup in the bathroom. Left side of bed didn’t have electric plug. Water available for $7. Exorbitant cost to use the Internet. Room very expensive. On airport grounds so easy to access ticketing. Friendly staff. $100 hotel for four times that much. Cheaply furnished.

My wife and I went to the bar to have a few cocktails and the lady that’s been working there for so many years needs to pay attention to the rest of the customers that are there not staying in the corner talking to one person all night. She did lose a lot of money because people were just walking away. She wasn’t paying attention other than that room and location was great.

The room was well designed and very clean. Breakfast was included with the room for a slight extra fee and it was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The property itself is older and could benefit from some updating and general maintenance\. During our visit, there was also a significant amount of construction taking place, which affected the overall atmosphere.

Some major construction going on so it limited food and drink availability. Insulation between rooms not good for an airport hotel and could hear conversation next door. Quality of in room coffee set up mediocre. Would not stay there again.
