However, the cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, left a lot to be desired. There was mold in several areas, and many surfaces were heavily stained from years of use. As someone who is very particular about cleanliness, I found the kitchen unpleasant and didn’t feel comfortable using it. Overall, our stay was good and met the basics, mainly because of the great location, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved.

We only stayed there one night. The hotel is fine and well located near the airport. They also offer on-site airport parking if one desires. The room has a stove, small microwave, very small and a full size fridge. The room was a bit outdated though and the tub had a constant drip. Other than that, it was clean and served its purpose well. Not sure how comfortable it would be for an extended stay though.

They charge for every amenities so add another 10 dollars to the charge. Hallways are very dirty so can use them.

I like the area that the property was in There was old people smoking cigarettes by my car, my towels had black curly hair on two of them, the key cards wasn’t working after 1 AM, and they wasn’t working soon as they touch my phone directly contact they start working immediately. It was hard to get in my room. I had to wait 10 minutes first to wake up and let me in my room. And somebody asked me for money when I was trying to get in my car very uncomfortable.

I didn't want to eat the breakfast because the place had roaches. The cleanliness. It had roaches. And when I checked in a surprise deposit fee was dropped on me after I paid for my room already. And im calling about my deposit and im getting no help, just A.i and running around in circles

I paid and checked in, but when I arrived, the receptionist said she couldn't find my reservation. I had to make a new one and lost the money. I need you to review my case so I can get that money back.

I wasn't even able to stay I booked online and once I got there to check in I was told it would be an additional $100 to stay which was not disclosed to me through booking and I was not given a refund so I'm not happy at all

This property could certainly use an upgrade. The accomodation was relatively clean, but had clearly seen better days. I canceled my reservation after finding two insects in my room. However the front desk staff was very kind and accommodating.

I do expect a response from either DoubleTree or hotels.com

The location You can’t check in earlier as other hotel, they still charging you. They give me a room without CLEANED AT ALL

The room was clean, the internet was ok, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower faucet leaked, and the noise was very annoying. I also didn't like that I had to clean all the garbage and throw it in a dumpster, or I would be charged $125. That is the first time I have ever been told that.
