Very dirty floor no room service dirty looking bed sheets no clean towels just all around dirty

The property was ok hard to reach front desk when calling after the second time of arriving to the hotel the frontdesk staff was available

The worst experience ever. We killed 6 roaches. The bathroom fan vent was not working. The property outside was abandoned with junk by few parking spaces. We coul not leave because we book6by Expedia and they will not refund the money. Is not a Hotel at all. We could not sleep well thinking about the roaches. The room smells like cigarettes. I could not believe what we got into. Extremely disappointed. When I was checking out and was letting know, they acted like it was a normal thing for them. Do not book here.

For a low end very cheaply priced hotel this was adequate. The room was clean but definitely needed maintenance. Plenty of hot water; clean towels. Whole families appeared to be living in some of the rooms. There was no noise or loud music, Air conditioner cooled the room but was loud and the vents blew directly over the bed. Security seemed to be good; the entire parking lot was bathed in the brightest lights which I believe discouraged vandalism well. The place was not the pits but don't expect the Ritz.

Nothing. Very bad experience. They asked me to wait 40 minutes to check in, and after that said, that will not give me the key. Very rough stuff

Close to the airport Found broken fixtures, found bugs in the morning.

The mattress was comfortable. It stayed cool in the room. The kitchen served its purpose. The front desk staff was amazing! It is a pretty old property and you can tell. The mattress was comfortable. The biggest issue I had was a big dip in the floor. The flooring covered it up and we were afraid to walk on in thinking we might fall through. There were roaches as well. There was a domestic situation where law enforcement had to come out.

Please stay away from this place smells insects believe me I’m not picky but I won’t recommend this place to anybody

The room they assigned to me was dirty with food and dirt on the floor and warped flooring next to the bed.

Walking in, I saw multiple signs reminding guests to “please not smoke weed”; I think that says everything you need to know about this place.

I loved my room and the price was ok as long as I booked thru booking.com but the property manager was a problem she kept changing the rates and as I made friends with the other guests I started to notice she was doing something with their money I couldn't figure out exactly what the situation was but my one neighbor kept having to owe more and more money everyday. I would see her say she owed this amount of money and the lady would freak out all day trying to get the money up then she would pay it and next thing you know here comes the manager again saying it wasn't enough and she would have awhole other amount she would need again something seemed fishy from the jump. The last reservation i made on the 17th ended horribly 2days into my stay the manager tells the owner I had all kinds of guests in my room and brings him to my room to throw me out. After the initial visit I was able to talk with the owner and explain the guests she was originally talking about were all residents of the hotel and were allowd to be there. Once the owner reviewed the situation he allowed me to stay another night so that I could clean the room nicely and find myself somewhere else to go. But that was never able to happen because I needed my refund to be able you book my next place and the money is now lost somewhere in limbo between booking.com and the property. I now have found myself homeless on the street for 3days with no where to go and no money to pay for another room after the manager called the police and humiliated me had me escorted off the property by the officers wouldn't even allow me to wait for a ride literally took all my belongings and unloaded them onto the sidewalk infront of the hotel and let me stand in the rain with all my belongings while I waited 3 hours for my ride. I have never been treated so poorly in my life for no reason at all after spending so much money with an establishment. I had 3 family members move to their location as well as 2 other friends bringing them 5 more accounts of residual income and this was the way I was appreciated. I will never again book with this property nor would I ever recommend them to anyone else. Poor management will drownd a good business if the owner knows anything about business I hope hes looking for new staff to replace this women and her daughters she has working for her... clearly their family issues and messy friendships with the guests are going to ruin his business faster then he will realize. God bless this mess!

The value for the room was fantastic and there's security throughout the night which is great. I'll definitely stay there again.

This entire property smells like cigarette smoke and weed. I booked for two nights. The first night I dropped my stuff off went to a game and got back after the desk was closed so didn’t realize the smoke smell until after the desk was closed. Got very little sleep. As soon as the desk opened I asked for another room. To the staffs credit she gave me another room which smelled less like smoke. However it was bug infested, and next to the stairs where people were smoking despite clear signage to not smoke there. I decided to just check out early and sleep at the airport the best I can because little sleep with fresh air is better than no sleep with cigarette smelling room. Total waste of my money. Should’ve booked elsewhere for a little more money.

When I arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM, I politely said hello to the woman at the front desk. She told me that check-in did not start until 3:00 PM and continued chatting with her coworker. I completely understand that I arrived a little early, but she could have easily started taking my information and had everything ready so I could receive my key at 3:00 PM. Instead, she was extremely unhelpful and actually told me, “Until it’s check-in time, you need to stay 35 feet away from the hotel.” I have never been spoken to like that as a hotel guest, especially for arriving just 20 minutes early. It was completely unnecessary and extremely disrespectful. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. When I finally entered my room, which was advertised as a smoke-free room, it smelled overwhelmingly of cigarette smoke. The smell was so strong that it seemed as though someone had been smoking in the room every day for a month. It was absolutely disgusting and unbearable. I could not even complete my stay. At approximately 3:00 AM, I left the hotel because the cigarette smell was so bad that I would rather sleep on the floor at the airport than remain in that room. This experience was completely unacceptable. I paid for a smoke-free room and a reasonable level of hospitality, and I received neither.
