Room was nice and veey spacious bed was really soft but it was good

However-bed was not comfortable at all. Also, in a handicap room and bathroom door was obstacles for going in/out of bathroom. Hard to navigate around door with walker and wheelchair. Slight raised area between bathroom floor and room floor that was trip hazard. Pool area was very nice would recommend more lounging chairs

Overall my stay okay. However, the tv in the suite wasn’t working. I reported it to the first desk my 1st day(Friday).I was told someone would fix it Saturday. No one came. I reported it again(Saturday). I was told someone would be “right up” to fix it, still no one. I checked out Sunday, television still not fixed. I told front desk as I as checking out about the issue. Front dest clerk apologized. Still no resolution to the issue.

I checked in in the evening. The desk representative was nice and accommodating. I requested a first floor room. It was given to me without a problem. The dining room attendant was also helpful with the waffle maker.

The property is well maintained and very clean. My hubby and I enjoy the stayed! Everything was very good, no complaints

It’s an older building, and it shows in some ways. However my room was pretty clean and it was comfortable. They have continental breakfast, and shuttles to and from the airport and cruise terminals (the airport was free for me, $12 for the cruise) the cruise terminal shuttle had to be paid in cash. I would 10/10 stay here again

Staff was so friendly the place was very clean. Highly recommended.

Shuttles to airport promptly on time

Not enough handicap parking, wasn’t a lot of staff available, did not tell us ahead of time that they were gonna start changing locks on the room at 8 AM so there was no privacy from that point on until we checked out. We should’ve been notified when we made the reservation, we definitely would’ve stayed elsewhere.

Property was fine, there were however a couple of small things that needed up keeping - first, the hair conditioner container in the bathtub/shower was empty; second, the wake up call didn't exist even though we scheduled it. No biggy, we set the alarm on our cell phone just in case because we had to be at the airport very early and couldn't take the chance (no breakfast either, darn!).

We also loved learning that, in addition to the airport shuttle, they offer transportation to the cruise port for only $12 per person. That was definitely a plus for us! We had no issues during our stay and would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area. Thank you to the staff for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable!

Breakfast was filling. Convenient location. Parking in the shade. The cheesy eggs and muffins tasted good. As soon as we got into the room, we saw crumbs on the floor. There was food & drink left in the fridge from the previous guests. The door didn't close properly; you had to body-slam your body into it to get it to close/be able to lock it. Staff had no emotion and didn't look excited to be there. Had back pain from the bed. Clearly, people had been smoking in non-smoking rooms because the hallway/stairwell smelled of smoke. No room to unpack/put belongings!
