Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Tampa Airport North, FL

My husband had a problem with our reservation saying that we didn’t have a room booked with them and sent us to another Country Inn Suites down the road.( I called them on the way stating that we would be late arriving, confirmed all was good). Long story short…Thank goodness the staff found our reservation where we paid in full for the room contacted the hotel and gave them the information for them to figure it out. We went back to the original Country Inn Suites supposedly the reservation number had another guests name and he had our room plus another? Anyway they said that he was moved to the his other room and we were given a new room??? Blamed on Expedia ?? Very Rough start.

My remote my TV didn’t work so I couldn’t use my TV. The entire time in the whirlpool would not stay running or the water wouldn’t stay in it.

I have no complaints! The staff was amazing! The ease of having the shuttle to pick up my husband from the airport was amazing!

I chose this location for the free shuttle to the airport since we were landing at 11pm & didn’t want the hassle of trying to find a ride. The shuttle stops at 11pm.

Staff was friendly but the photos from the online website do not represent the current state of the hotel. It looks warn out The hotel room I had was dirty. Under my bed was a used cameo t shirt that didn’t make me believe the room was adequate cleaned

Overall the property is okay however there should be aome

When we first arrived we met Anna who is at the front desk and represents your hotel..I did not know you did not take tap..like 99% of most businesses I did not know you would not allow a joint card in my son's and my name to be used for the deposit hold. Anna was so rude and did not even Crack a smile or act like someone like liked her job or anyone coming to the front desk. We all have bad days...but if you are the first person we meet at your hotel...please properly train Anna to fake a smile...act like she cares we are staying at YOUR hotel...it was horrible.

Staff were great! Especially the young lady that checked me in. She went above and beyond to get me checked in and settled. TV has no sport channels. ESPN!!
