The bed. Firm mattress, plenty of pillows and bed covering was heavy enough to keep you warm. Also, Jake from front desk, came to room to assist me when I couldn't get a signal on tv. He got it to work and saved the night!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my family had everything we needed. They gladly provided extra towels, washcloths, and sheets, and I really appreciated that they had a baby crib ready for my baby girl. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety, and everyone we met was so friendly. We even had the chance to chat with other guests who were so kind to my babies and my family. One of my favorite little details was the Dove soap and body wash in the room. It may seem small, but it made the stay feel even nicer. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly didn’t want to leave. Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we had a great stay from beginning to end.

The beds were comfy but you do get the sound of the airplanes overhead. Breakfast was also great. Would stay again.

Very clean room and great staff. The bed was amazing. The room comes with black out shades to help you sleep through the morning with no light in the room to disturb you sleep. Vey cold AC

The front desk person named Wendy was so helpful, kind and professional. She really made everything work much better for me and I really appreciate it. Great location too. I also thought the breakfast was much better than other hotels in this class of hotels. Staff was always cleaning and my room also got cleaned every day. Thanks for a terrific stay.

Breakfast was the usual fare. My scambled eggs, bacon, a bisquit, OJ & coffee were all fine. You're about 4 miles from the TPA runways, so the plane noise can be heard inside and can stop conversation if you're sitting by the pool. There's a fair amount of steet noise, too. Lobby & breakfast area were clean and nicely furnished but this is an older property, which shows a bit in the pool area and some dripping AC units.

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. There is plenty of parking. A great hotel for the money as well.

Property is very clean. Staff are pleasant and breakfast had a good selection. Close proximity to highway if exploring around the area.

Hotel was very clean and modern looking. Front staff was super friendly. Breakfast was very nice, hot food and coffee.

Breakfast was good, staff was very kind and helpful. Lots of building maintenance needed to be done, our sink in our room didn’t drain at all. To the point we had to use cups to get water out, multiple buckets around the breakfast sitting area to collect drippings from the ceiling which seemed unsanitary.
