The young man that has a degree in hospitality on nightshift is in the right business! I was very impressed at his professionalism. He made me feel like I was at a 5 star hotel so 5 stars to him!

Overall clean room. Chairs and lamp were tattered. No ice machine on site. Staff friendly

The room had a slight funky smell, the bathroom needed some attention. The chair in the bedroom needs to be reupholstered or changed or thrown out. A/C runs ok. Overall the price was affordable. The staff were A+ very professional, courteous and the general ambiance was ok. Ample parking, hot water was on point and so too the water pressure. Centrally located and access to restaurants, banks, food and grocery shopping and pharmacies another point. I would stay there again.

The property was poorly maintained, and the room came with several unexpected “amenities” that definitely weren’t mentioned online: * A stained comforter and stained bed sheets * Hair on the chairs, accompanied by stains I decided not to investigate * A ripped mattress cover * No iron in the room * One iron and ironing board for the entire property, which management doesn’t even track. So, if you’re planning to stay here, let me help you. What to Pack Want a clean room? Pack a mop. Want clean bedding? Pack your own sheets and blankets. Want wrinkle-free clothes? Pack an iron. Want hotel amenities? Pack those too. And don’t forget your walking shoes, because you’ll probably be making several trips to the front desk. During my stay, I found myself visiting the front desk at least three or four times trying to address various issues. At that point, I was getting more steps from hotel complaints than I normally get from a workout. They will provide the building but you are on your own for everything else. After all the cleanliness issues, I decided that I’d rather pay more for another hotel than spend another night wondering what else had a backstory so I left. Never staying there again. My suggestion, pay the extra money for a decent hotel experience.

Not that great won’t be staying here again hallways smelled like weed and poop.

The front desk was closed before 11 pm. We were not able to check-in at all. Even support team wasn’t helpful at all. We had to get the room in the hotel across the street for much more money.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. We informed the hotel when we made the reservation that we would bring a house-broken 19 pound dog. We’ve stayed at other hotels where the “pet fee” was no more than $25. However, this hotel charged us $210 for our dog, and $156 for us for one night. They didn’t inform us about the price until we checked in. The desk clerk said the $210 was lower than the usual price for a pet. Our dog did not do her business inside the building.
