The front desk was closed before 11 pm. We were not able to check-in at all. Even support team wasn’t helpful at all. We had to get the room in the hotel across the street for much more money.

Great stay

It wasn’t very clear that there was no check out after 11 pm

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. We informed the hotel when we made the reservation that we would bring a house-broken 19 pound dog. We’ve stayed at other hotels where the “pet fee” was no more than $25. However, this hotel charged us $210 for our dog, and $156 for us for one night. They didn’t inform us about the price until we checked in. The desk clerk said the $210 was lower than the usual price for a pet. Our dog did not do her business inside the building.

I called front desk 3-4 times at different times and NO answer. First room 310, had dirty water leaking from the ceiling onto the toilet, floor and tub. Moved to 132, smelled a bit like cigarrettes from the moment I went in, I don't smoke let the nice front desk lady know. She said that they had fined a previous guest for smoking. Tub drain on 132 is jammed and water fills up fast becuase it drains very slow, gross. Probably never going back there again.

Me gustó mucho la localización de la propiedad, el cuarto cómodo, pero no me gustó que no tenía utensilios no había instrucciones para utilizar la estufa , no tienen maquina de hielo . La limpieza solo fue a la habitación cuando fui hacer la salida que sacar la basura nunca fueron a verificar si necesitaba mas toallas. El baño necesita mas limpieza. No tenían el interés de buscar la manera de buscar traductor para poder tener un mejor servicio .

Okay for a night or two

To make matters worse, the bathtub would not drain properly, leaving me standing in ankle-deep water while showering. This was both unpleasant and unacceptable. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I was very disappointed with the accommodations.

The rooms weren’t that clean, staff was awesome, kitchen didn’t have any breakfast. Stay wasn’t terrible but we will not be back.

Was pregnant during my stay. A surrounding room was smoking cigarettes in their restroom and was penetrating into our restroom and room. Called customer service and they said they would look at the source of the smell and remove us from the room. They never did. We had to leave in the middle of the night for the safety of our family.

We waited more than 30 minutes for someone to assist us. When my husband politely asked why the wait was taking so long, the front desk employee responded in an incredibly rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of showing empathy or trying to help, her attitude only made the situation worse. The customer service was completely unacceptable. The front desk is the first impression guests have of a hotel, and unfortunately, this employee represented the hotel very poorly. People working in hospitality should treat guests with respect, patience, and professionalism, especially when there is a problem. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training. No guest should be treated the way we were.

The hall smelled like animal piss. There were a bunch of bugs flying in the window in the hallway.

It was ok not that quiet

I didn't see any notification of the extremely high dog stay cost, but I paid the $200. The room was wonderful, clean, wooden floors, no rugs! Awesome. It smelled fresh, and the bathroom was super clean; nothing broken, huge deep tub. The full kitchen I didn't utilized it. I prefer to have free breakfast. Warning.. No soap, no dishes, no shampoo.. not even a coffee pot with coffee. This why I only did a 3 for property. Very little grass for the dogs. Pay $200 i would like to get a dog park. I don't think I will be back to this place. It is great for long term though.. but not dog friendly at all!
