Good stuff, property is outdated and looks like the room has a mold problem. If you look closely there’s stains everywhere in the hotel . Definitely needs a remodel and deep cleaning

The room was clean and quiet except for the A/C. It was loud. We still slept but it needed work. Did not use the breakfast bar but they had a pretty decent selection of food to purchase after hours. Good location. Staff was very friendly.

We stayed here one night to go to a concert at the Raymond James stadium so the hotel was convenient. The hotel wasn’t bad at all but I do think it needs a little love. Our room was clean, the AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the cover on the drain was broken so you could see there was a bunch of hair in there.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean. The bathroom, everything, lots of room. And the breakfast buffet was excellent !

The hotel is in terrible repair. The ceilings and walls are badly damaged and wall paper was coming loose in many places. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, but the carpet was filthy and I wore my shoes because the carpet made the soles of my feet so dirty. This was not at all the standard we expect from a Hampton Inn/Hilton property. One other note: despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was very quiet. We won’t be booking this hotel again, however. I’m relieved we were only there one night.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and loved how they send you a text message to let you know that they are there when you need something. We stayed for a short time because we were going on a cruise but would definitely stay there again!

Parking was well maintained, and had ample spaces and well situated relative to the entrance. Staff during check-in was friendly. Staff at breakfast was friendly. Warning for everyone, it is near the airport and the planes do fly low.

This hotel needs to be demolished. It reeks of mold and mildew. The room is full of mold and has a terrible smell. The carpets are dirty and so are the sheets. It advertises that they have a shuttle to the airport, but they do not. I will never stay here again and I advise you not to either especially if you have breathing problems because of all the mold.
