Clean and priced right Woman behind the desk more interested in her phone then the guests. Having cooking facilities is useless if you do not provide any utensils. Plates, pots and/or pans

It’s fairly new, but also clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough for 2 people and the parking lot is super bright & large. Staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful and are available 24/7. Kept hearing noises above/next to my room as if furniture was being moved and people stomping throughout the building. People just aren’t as considerate while staying on someone else’s property. But I’m sure that’s just a general issue.

There was roaches all in my room

We arrived and not greeted. Person in front was having a full conversation on speaker on cell phone. Just had us sign and gave us keys. The room smelled like pesticides and humidity.

This property was very clean and new. Our only problem was that the cleaning staff threw away an almost $100 electric toothbrush immediately when cleaning the room. Even though I called later that same day it was already disposed of.

The rooms had plenty of room and were very clean. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The front desk staff member was extremely rude and seemed to have very little patience, which made the check-in experience unpleasant. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and had absolutely no firmness or support. Overall, the customer service and sleeping comfort could definitely be improved.

Queen studio room was very clean and immaculate. Nice to have a small kitchenette with paper goods provided at front desk. The only downside was the use of a strong cleaning product. Other than that, would stay at this hotel again. Convenient to Tampa International Airport.
