Instead of the booked room, I was assigned to Room 101. Front desk staff attempted to assure me that this was a "Level One" room. However, the physical reality of the room contradicted this description entirely: No Balcony: The room completely lacked the balcony feature that I had explicitly purchased. Sub-Surface Location: Room 101 was situated entirely below ground level. It was located beneath the main lobby/front desk level and beneath the parking level. Disgusting, dirty and depressing room 101 situated below ground level. Very rude and unprofessional staff at the front desk.

It pretty amazing Everytime we go. We have been there three times the past five years staff is friendly arcades very nice but extremely over priced but it's a waterpark what do you expect? Clean rooms usually but this time we got there around 430 check in is at 4 we couldn't check in until 530 so we missed our a bunch with the water park the first day kinda frustrating... Also no tissues toilet paper or big towels in our rooms. So I had to hunt down a cart And snag some from there not a huge deal just annoying after the long drive and late check in. Another HUGE issue hot tubs weren't even hot in the slightest and the showers were barely Luke warm. I had my mother in-law with me she was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and it was too cold for her so huge disappointment! Besides that honestly camelback never disappoints but this year was by far the worst experience we have had so far.

Rooms were clean, updated, and spacious. The waterpark and arcade was well maintained and clean as well. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

For family vacations it’s good but it’s really expensive make sure to have enough money to bring there, no to many healthy food around that I know just in the buffet that it’s open 8am till 11am

Clean rooms, in-house coffee shop, restaurants, arcade and lot of fun activities like indoor water park, Zipline, UTV and many more. Best place to get out for a relaxing and fun filled time.
