Great place

Great music, nice bar, nicely updated rooms in a unique, historic building. Staff was very helpful, parking easy, and location walkable to sites and restaurants.

We like the lobby and courtyard. I could not get a tv channel, even by following the printed instructions. It was crowded to get to the far side of the bed in our queen room. The shower was nice with heater in bathroom. The carpet had a stain. Bed was dished out in the middle but otherwise comfortable. It is close to things we like in Taos.

Swamp cooler was loud. Room was not air conditioned . Tub was peeling badly. Parking lot was very dark, one light working .

Brett and Javi (from Adobe Bar) were especially wonderful! Brett was helpful in every regard, from prompt replies to email queries before we arrived to helping me and my 80 yeat old mother with our bags when we arrived and looking after me when I stumbled and fell (nobody's fault just a freak thing that happened). We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Free parking. Tight in the middle of Taos. Easy to walk to the galleries and stores. The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Definitely will be going back.

Always a lovely experience to stay at the Historic Taos Inn!

Outstanding location. Quaint southwest feel of property and room. Beautiful courtyard to sit in. Parking was convenient.

Taos Inn is a charming older Inn. I am so glad we stayed here and would definitely come back. Staff was very helpful not just with service but suggestions for restaurants & attractions. They offered nightly local musicians. So fun!! Loved being so close to town and able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the trolly tour. Learned so much of Taos history. A must for Micheal’s Kitchen. Breakfast outstanding. The Gorge margaritas are fantastic. Hope we get back one day to explore the things we didn’t get to see. 😁

We were shocked at the room we were assigned at the Taos Historic Inn. It did not match the image on the site. The room smeled moldy, the carpet was awful. It had a small, old window air conditioner - unbelievable. The room looked over an alley where our view was a drunk and an addict. When we opened the old windows to see if we could freshen up the room, it smelled line garbage. We reported our experience to the hotel and Expedia. We did nit stay at this hotel and found better lodging. What a distressing experience after a long day of travel.

Loved this spot! The vibe and the courtyards to relax in were great. Fantastic location. Will definitely considering staying at again next trip to Taos.

We were celebrating our anniversary. We loved our room: nice and clean with a Toas historic look, beautiful well kept gardens, friendly competent staff, available parking, fabulous dinner. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Excellent location. Very nice place and great rooms. Bathroom door would close properly.
-
Very charming, wonderfully kind staff, but the exterior of the building is very tired - which is not a surprise, since it is a historic hotel. Lobby and sitting area darling, clean, and welcoming. Rooms were very dated, but furnished in the spirit of Taos.

Very quaint and rustic. Right on the Main Street. Great location Air conditioned but also needed a fan that was provided
