Gorgeous! Relaxing place. Will definitely recommend and rebook.

The room was comfortable and spotless. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The pool area was perfect! Interactions with staff were warm and friendly. The fire pits were a perfect end to the evenings. Can’t say enough how we loved our three night stay….would have loved to stay longer! Highly recommend!!

The hotel and grounds were quite lovely! The room was very comfortable. My only dissatisfaction was with the $100 one night pet fee and the fact that the room was on the second floor with cement steps.

Good location, nice pool No refrig, no microwave, no coffee pot, no ice bucket, poor lighting so difficult to read, no comfort chair

We rented the back house and it was really nice to have our own fire pit, seating area, and grilling space! They should add a larger refrigerator/freezer so you could actually save the food you cook. Unfortunately, there were a number of issues that made this stay not as pleasant. The first were the beds….they were the hardest, most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever experienced and unfortunately, we were there for four nights! It was very difficult to sleep and I woke up in a lot of pain and so did other family members in our group. When you pay that much for an experience, you expect a relatively comfortable bed. I’m not sure I could stay here again for this reason alone. Another issue was with the pool. Two days into our stay, we overheard some locals talking about a Wellness pass to access the pool. While I think this is a great idea, it caused issues to even get chairs or towels each day. Again, when you pay what we paid to stay here, you shouldn’t have to fight for chairs and towels. There also wasn’t a bathroom nearby, and I watched little kids either pee in the plants nearby or announce that they had peed in the pool!! Sometimes it felt more like a public pool, then the experience that I have paid a lot of money for. I just don’t think you can charge those rates if guests are having to work around locals for basic amenities…There should be more staff that walks around the pool to monitor all the guests. I also found it annoying to have to go into the bar in a wet suit to get a drink…

Wonderful find. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Willa is in a convenient location - within walkable distance of the Plaza and numerous restaurants. Everyone at the hotel was helpful, the inner courtyard is lovely, rooms are spacious, and the restaurant is very good. We would definitely stay there aagain.

Design, spaciousness of common areas, design and comfort of the room, comfy bed, friendly staff, delicious coffee, walkable to the main downtown area. Helpful tips from the staff Maybe some more local options on food menu but overall no complaints!

Great location and the grounds and rooms are pretty. Felt like it was overpriced for what it is, it was a splurge for me so likely why I’m judging more harshly. The added resort fees make it the price really high. It’s great community members can buy passes to use the resort amenities, but if that’s the case resort access should be included in rate not an extra fee. Also $100 dog fee was very high for not providing any dog amenities (no dog bed, no bowls, there are no dog trashcans with bags anywhere on the property). Finally wish there was coffee/refrigerator in the room.

Food is excellent. Property is magic. Definitely coming back with family.

The temperature. The room was noisy could conversation and foot traffic from floor above Room was not ready at 6 pm The thermostat was not reachable from wheelchair. Being disabled is hard enough and paying for an ADA. Room that a hospitality designer knew nothing about was disrespectful and disappointing. It made me feel worse about my disability. It was a waste of money and ruined out anniversary.

Wonderful rooms and great amenities. We enjoyed the Sauna and cold plunge. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast and dinner options. Plenty of parking and within walking distance of the main square.

This stay was our favorite after staying at multiple hotels & bnbs on this trip. Sparking clean, amazing pool, helpful staff, convenient bar. Will certainly be staying again.

Our room was darling, beds were a good distance from each other, very comfortable beds. Pleasant staff.

My spouse loved it. I liked it a lot. Nice staff. Our room had a base hum all night (sounded like a compressor or air conditioner that kept shutting off and turning on every few minutes). I informed the staff, who came into our room and verified the noise and would tell maintenance.
