The structures are beautiful and the gardens are delightful. Our room was very spacious and pleasant. It was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer. The portable air-conditioning units are too loud to sleep, the fans blew too strong or were too loud. We found it difficult to get the temperature in our room comfortable. The breakfast that was included was not very substantial and the portions felt “rationed“.

The hotel is New Mexico rustic chic. It’s not like a big city five star hotel, but if you want an authentic experience this is the place. Great location. Quiet, yet minutes from the town square and galleries. But you need a car to go to these places due to the narrow roads with no sidewalks. No complaints.

Convenient location to downtown and restaurants. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and the room was beautifully decorated. Staff were very nice. I arrived after the staff left. There was a note on the door saying to text the number to get check in instructions. It took about 30 minutes for me to get a response and to finally get into the room after texting many times. The instructions they gave were vague on where the room was. Very frustrating sitting there not knowing if I would ever be able to get into the room or have to find another place to stay. Also, the window air conditioning unit kept falling out and letting hot air into the room making it extremely hot. As soon as I told the staff they had someone come fix it. I would invest in another reliable method of cooling as this was just duct taped up and the duct tape kept coming off too.

Comfortable bed, very quiet. Their sister location, which is much larger, has happy hour daily and include $5 tacos on the bar menu. Not handy for pool usage as it is a 5minute drive to the sister location where the pool is. Breakfast with different daily quiche, fresh fruits, croissants or pasties, coffee in the pot or Nespresso. Helpful staff wonderful garden area and close to everything in town. Roads are narrow and probably not the best for walking to restaurants nearby.

The room was hot and the vented air conditioning did not cool well. The glass door to the room had a sheer curtain and you had to walk in front of the door to get to the bathroom. There was a heavier drape into the room but very impractical.

The lobby area was nice and the gardens pretty. Breakfast was interesting because of other guests. The food was average. The room was hot and the vented air conditioning did not cool well. The glass door to the room had a sheer curtain and you had to walk in front of the door to get to the bathroom. There was a heavier drape into the room but very impractical.

Delightful, modernized adobe compound with only 7-8 comfortable and inviting suites. Breakfast was served at a communal table with glass drinking glasses, ceramic plates and mugs, and metal cutlery. The rooms also had glasses and ceramic mugs. Comfortable chairs and beds. I would have liked better lighting, but still better than most hotels. Good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There was a thunderstorm one afternoon and it was so nice to stay in our room, cozy and comfortable. Great service.

Small hotel which we enjoyed. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Easy walk to the center of town. Would recommend.

A lovely "boutique" hotel. The hotel is an older, but well-maintained building, with a classy vibe. We had a lovely room that was clean and cool. The thick adobe walls and tiled floor kept the room cool in spite of the high temperatures outside. Air conditioning was available but wasn't necessary. The room had comfortable beds with nice sheets and comfortable pillows and had a large en-suite bathroom that included a huge jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower, together with twin sinks. The toilet was situated in a rather small and tight room in the bathroom area. Situated off the main road in Toas, the hotel was in a quiet area, but close enough for easy access to the town. Parking was available in an area shaded by some large, old trees and there seemed to be sufficient room, as the hotel was small enough that there weren't that many guests. Breakfast was good with nice coffee, fruit, yoghurt, juice and some delicious quiche and pastries. The staff were friendly and helpful, though check-in and check-out wasn't as easy as in some larger chain hotels, as you ahd to wait for someone to appear. We were only provided one key for the room, though it would have been nice to have two. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would go back again.
