The architecture was really special, with beautiful natural textures and a wonderful combination of wood and iron throughout the property. The gardens were very well maintained, and I loved that every room seemed to have its own private garden view, which made the stay feel peaceful and secluded. The bed was also one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in during this trip. The use of disposable cups was disappointing, especially in a hotel of this standard. There was also a noticeable lack of proper glassware, both in the room and at reception. Providing real glasses and cups would make the experience feel much more refined and environmentally conscious.

The property was beautiful. The only downside was the room cleanliness. Drapes needed cleaning. That we noticed when we opened them to look at the patio. The park-like surround was wonderful. Also enjoyed setting around the fire pit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Room was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially valet. Grounds were large and peaceful to wander. Would be a great venue for a destination wedding. Nothing.

We’ve been here several times and always look forward to returning. The shuttle into town was a nice perk!

We celebrated our 25th anniversary here and I am so glad we did!!! The suite we stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful, and I was even more as astounded by the beauty of the landscaping and amenities. The pool/hot tub area and restaurant with tropical plants and waterfalls were delightful. Everyone who we met who works there from the front desk to the valet attendants was incredibly gracious. It was truly peaceful and the best hotel/spa experience I have ever had. I can’t wait to come back!

Property was beautiful and peaceful with lots of great amenities. The lights in my bathroom didn’t work and they were unable to fix them during my stay and did not offer to change my room.

Hotel was phenomenal this time. We took a break from it years ago. It was perfect and all staff was great. Food was exceptional. We only ate one night out and then returned back to hotel.

Breakfast was delicious. Enjoyed the hot tub. Didn’t like the $35.additional fee. Truly unnecessary & possibly a dealbreaker for a future booking.

The Aqua Center (indoor pool and hot tub) were the best!

This was a great place for a long weekend stay for my partner's birthday. We brought our dog and the property was well equipped and comfortable for all three of us. It was quiet and the perfect type of restful -- the Anaconda cocktail menu is worth exploring, so delish. My only note, there were a lot of gnats throughout the grassy areas which was kinda gross, inevitable in nature I suppose!
