They’re offer shuttle service

Our patio did not have chairs, requested for two to be brought to room. That did not happen . Sad such a small request could not happen. Valet’s service was good, but seemed like an inconvenience for staff to assist. Overall rating would be 3.5. They could do better
-
Suite and attractive view Valet service was mediocre

Can’t imagine a nicer, friendlier, and more helpful place to stay in Taos.

Beautiful setting, new feel Staff was ok but not as welcoming as in similar priced resorts. Restaurant only served breakfast for one out of 2 days staying there. Breakfast is overpriced- massively.

The room was not clean. For a 4 star hotel, you expect it to be well kept. I stayed here with my 2 kids and my daughter kept coughing all night long for both nights we were there. So I decided to look more closely at the room because of that and there was layers upon layers of dust in every corner and there was BLACK MOLD in the shower in multiple places! That was the cause of my daughter coughing non stop every time we went into that room. My throat was bothered too. Not to mention there were a lot of different broken things including a mirror frame that had a gigantic piece of wood hanging off thag could have impaled one of my kids. Then I found a spider web behind one of the chairs and my daughter woke up with a spider bite on her arm. The sheets I slept in smelled like cologne, so I am not even sure they changed my sheets. The keurig had nasty water in it, they had to bring a new one. We booked through Expedia because it was way cheaper than the hotel would have cost. I went to see what the cost was at reception before booking and let the receptionist know that my husband is a firefighter working just an hour away on the beehive fire and there was no discount offered to my knowledge and the cost would have been $700 for 2 nights. I feel duped. The people were really nice and the pool was great, the food was great and the outside of the hotel was great though, so I gave it 3 stars. This is not how the shape of the rooms were 7 years ago when me and my husband stayed here!

Landscaping was beautiful. The car valet and transportation staff were wonderful. Room was dated and worn for the price charged. Gym was dated and no mats. Cleaning staff left used coffee mugs by our door for two days and never replaced with clean mugs.

A few things keep this from being 5 star across the board: no hair dryer in the room and casita private courtyard landscaping not maintained like rest of the grounds. Otherwise, this place is a gem in Taos.

The property is absolutely beautiful, pool area is really neat. The restaurant and the whole property was decorated very nicely. All the staff we encountered were super nice and friendly! I feel like the rooms, at least the one we stayed in, needs some updating. Some of the furniture was broken and worn, the lamps had seen better days and kept tipping over because they were a bit wobbly, the room was stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. I feel like the price was a little high for the state of the rooms.

Everything was very good, but slightly short of perfect

Love the rooms with great balcony and the biggest tub ever!! Never ran out of hot water !! Coffee in room was awesome and the restaurant was amazing!! Front desk staff of Kasey and Amy were incredible and Emma in restaurant as well!!!

Beautiful property with great attention to detail. The staff was kind and attentive and location was great. Great place to stay for sure.
-
Room was large. Big tub, bathroom. Missing robes. Coffee maker issues. Parking a mess due to weddings. Staff not super friendly.
-
We had a large tub and a balcony.

Best place to stay in Taos. Lovely property. Our room was suite style with a patio. The entire experience had a Zen quality. Very relaxing.
-
Room was lovely, quiet, clean. Porches are so close together. I recommend putting an outdoor shade on each side of the porch that can be raised or lowered
-
With sagging mattress and heavily distressed furniture, our hotel room desperately needs an upgrade. Hotel staffs were professional and courteous. Nevertheless, the hotel is overrated.
-
Property was beautiful but was starting to lose its luster. Staff was the worst part. Disengaged and not happy to be there. Too bad
-
It is a beautiful and relaxing property.

Beautiful location. Beautiful setting the room in the landscaping were exceptional. The staff was equally exceptional. Friendly and professional.
