Coffee bar was great. We enjoyed our breakfast there as well. Our room was ok with the exception of the bathroom floor that was really dirty.

I highly recommend it.

Good morning, I am not one to do reviews because I usually get great rooms and service. The room I booked was terrible. The pictures online did not match what I expected when I got to the hotel. The furniture was old, carpets dirty, the furniture old and dirty, some stuff was left in the shower from previous customers, the curtains were filthy it was not what I had seen online and I will never stay here again.

Recommendation: Need one more service member at ther front desk for morning breakfast and brunch, two people is not enough to manage their busy morning. The dinner service was provided by one individual. I would recommend at least two people during the lunch and dinner service. One person is simply not enough for over 8 tables, some with up to 6 people each.

2. The desk chair was broken when we arrived. I called the front desk and the super came with a folding chair and left the broken one in the room anyway. 3. Lightbulb out in a lamp in the room. I called the front desk and the super brought a lightbulb that was still warm. You don't have spare lightbulbs? 4. Fireplace did not work. Super tried to get it working but no go. 5. Tub had no stopper so no bath for my wife. 6. No plug on both sides of bed, only one side, so wife had no easy way to charge her phone. 7. In the morning, I left the room in search of free coffee in the lobby (no). tried vending machines and they were all empty and out of order. Tried the coffee shop in hotel. There were fifteen people waiting for one person who was the cashier and making drinks. After 20 minutes I left, explained I had to check out, checked out and came back. The drink was just ready at that point (half an hour?) The coffee was lukewarm and the iced coffee was like water. I ended up dumping both. 8. Went to front desk to check out and complain and nobody showed up. This place was the worst and anybody leaving a good review must be a paid shill. One of the most disappointing experiences.

Property is quiet. room was large and beds were comfortable. The rooms come with a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave and are well-supplied. We were on the second floor and there are no elevators and the rooms can be far from the stairs to the parking lot. The room was clean, but there was a pervasive odor of marijuana and a few of the tiles on the side of the bathroom were coming loose. This would be a great and convenient place to stay if they upgraded the bathtub. Front desk staff was very nice. There is an Indian restaurant in the lobby, but we did not eat there.

Room was clean. The staff wasn't very friendly. Had to come down to desk for hair dryer which was received after we left room for the evening. Had trouble with TV. Couldn't find any local channels. Bed was comfortable.

Staff were extremely helpful, enjoy the breakfast and the Indian buffet was phenomenal. I will definitely stay again!! Price was great!!!

We didn't have breakfast, it isn't complimentary at TVL. There's a coffee maker in the room and a microwave and refrigerator.

No TV working no coffee in rooms ..front desk was stinky.

Quiet. Parking was plentiful.

Clean and renovated room, good coffee in room, nice restaurant and bar on the property. The staff was very overwhelmed at dinner time. They need to hire more staff for the restaurant and honestly for the property in general. I needed an iron and the front desk told me I had to wait over an hour for housekeeping to arrive to have them bring me an iron.

It was newly updated, comfortable beds, helpful staff. Would stay again!

Probably the best hotel stay I had for the past year, when adjusted by the money spent. The room felt clean and modern. The only downside was likely the shower drain that didn't drain very well.
-
The room was so dismal, and 1 channel on the TV. We left super early and went around the mountain pass. Found a wonderful shop. Stopped enjoyed some beautiful nature and was back in Taos before noon. I had made reservations a month in advance. They wanted to put me on the 2nd floor , even though we are older. To keep downstairs rooms for walk ins ( in the am they did not even have the bottom floor all booked ) I insisted because of business traveling, luggage's and no elevators. They gave us a crappy room , the tv only had 1 channel. The toilet didn't flush very well. There was no coffee in the room. Had to walk to the front of the hotel to buy coffee.

Seemed like there is one person running the whole thing. The lobby and the bar looked really nice. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a dog friendly hotel.

This is an older motel like facility that has been remodeled. It is very southwest style. The room was adequate especially the comfortable beds. I slept well! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is run by East Indians who speak very good English. My only criticism is that their restaurant servers only East Indian food, which I am allergic to. They do offer an American menu for breakfast. Sandwiches and such. Their buffet is only Indian. We had to get in the car and go into Taos for a complete breakfast!

A Hotel that has been completely refurbished. The lobby was redone very nicely that made everything look modern and clean. The rooms were nicely redone with a new paint job, brand new floors and a retiled shower. The beds were nice and firm. The staff was helpful and there was ample parking near your room.
