Very clean and pleasant! They have excellent restaurant attached to the property.

We checked in late evening to just have an overnight staycation since we actually live in Ranchos de Taos nearby. The staff member was great at check in. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room made alot of noise throughout the night & kicked on & off so much we did not get a good night’s rest. We ended up checking out before 6 am the next morning so we could go home & rest. We informed the front desk & she said she would speak to management about our unfortunate experience. We have yet to hear anything back & I even emailed the hotel but no response. The hotel is very nice & we have stayed there before. I believe we just got a room with a broken ac unit on this stay.

Got there to celebrate 62 anniversary. Only to find we were being charged for two rooms????? Sure don’t understand that. I thought I was talking to hotel directly to make reservations. Ruined things. Girl at desk said it’s our problem & we have to fight to get money back. I will say the restaurant was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and waitstaff were great. A woman & man. Just wonderful

I have stayed in several places in Taos, this hotel is the one I would recommend. Rooms laid out perfectly, everything up to date, pleasant environment. On my last visit to Taos I stayed at the Sagebrush Inn which has deteriorated to the point I would never stay there again. Loved this place and would highly recommend.

Breakfast was not buffet, and the $15 voucher purchased when booking did not cover the breakfast bill. Need at least one treadmill in the gym.

The rooms are spacious including the bathroom. There were little black bugs climbing all over the ceiling and carpet. I killed about 10 and brought one home in my bag ugh!. The area was well kept and parking was plenty; lots of black bugs outside as well. Walmart is across the street and walking distance. The pool is enclosed and large.

I would have given them five stars except thier toilet tissue was like sandpaper. We have stayed at this hotel for around 40 years and it is on the best condition in all that time.
