Had a good night sleep. The breakfast is just "ok" greasy stuff and lots of carbs! The grounds around the pool are in despair and need work to make it much more appealing. Location good and quiet.

The property is very dated, dark and depressing. There is no grass or yard around the pool area, and you had to go through a colony of gophers to get to the pool. The breakfast was good, but the area again was dark, hot and grease smelling. Never again!

The room needed paint maintenance on the bathroom door. Dirt and crumbs were missed by vacuuming. One lamp didn't work. Some areas in the lobby were dusty . The pool area was surrounded by dirt without landscaping. There were few if any umbrellas around the completely sun exposed pool. Far below other Quality Inns I've used

I reserved the room for 2 nights for my son who was going to a wedding in Taos. He was not able to get to the hotel the first night because it got too late at the bachelor dinner. When he went the 2nd night, they told him they had cancelled his reservation without any credit. for either night. They said if he wanted a room he had to pay roughly another $200 for the night he had already paid for! This makes no sense, particularly since the room was already paid for for 2 nights! I want a refund for at least the 2nd night!!

The ice machines, any of them, never worked. And the hot/cold in the shower was sketchy.

Comfortable beds and helpful staff. I prefer to stay here instead of Hampton inn or other hotels close to this location. It's a older building but it offers more than the other hotels like a large hot tub and pool. Clean !

You could tell it was an older hotel but they’ve done a really good job with maintaining it. Really enjoyed my stay there. The breakfast was one of the best free continental breakfast is that I’ve had at a hotel.

Parking was right outside our handicap room, breakfast was delicious with lots of options and we enjoyed the hot tub. Good beds and reasonable rates. Had a great time in Taos.

Property is very outdated and the pool was very dirty so we didn't use it. However, the room was clean and the staff was very nice.
