Did not like the breakfast No eggs by themselves No hard boiled eggs. Bacon not any good.

Bathrooms desperately need a good cleaning . Check in- waited 15-20min for someone to come to the front desk. Noticed another person in the lobby working on a laptop made eye contact several times. Finally another very nice lady came rushing in to help me and answer the phones that were ringing off the hook. Meanwhile she calls across the lobby for the manager to help. Turns out the person working on the laptop was the property manager Brian. He apologized to me claimed he was so zoned out that he didn’t realize I was waiting to check in.

The breakfast was just ok at best. The shower was old and stained with poor water pressure. Without any notice they turned off the water to replace a valve in one of the hot water heater, said it would only take about 30 minutes, it took a few hours. In the mean time you could not flush the toilet or wash your hands and when the water did come back on it still took a couple hours until it was hot enough to shower. On our last day there one of the ice machines was out of order and the other ice machine was empty, I could not even get ice for my drink.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They provide a really tasty and ample breakfast every day from 6 - 10 am. Super quiet and comfortable!
