Clean rooms. The hallways need new carpet. Hallways had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully the rooms didn't have the same smell. Carpet is too old.

Cleaner rooms Food prep staff had gloves to stay clean but touched everything with out switching gloves from phone to clean food to trash. Why wear gloves at that point. Please be cleaner overall.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful in getting a problem with my reservation fixed. The hotel was very clean and the room was very quiet.

Janell at the front desk was excellent! She helped with the room check-in, and for restaurants in the town and with other info. The room and breakfast was excellent! Parking was easy and plentiful.

Breakfast was very good. As a New Mexican, I would have liked some salsa. Eggs were well cooked - not over done. Sausage and bacon were good. toasters worked well and I like the bagels. There were no dressers or drawers for personal items.

Good breakfast. Nice big room. Night light in bathroom is nice. Elevator so far from the lobby was a bit weird.

The hotel needs updating and renovations. The pool is in a different building than the hotel and you walk outside to get to it. The breakfast staff did not seem to care about providing enough food for guests, even 45 minutes prior to when they close. It was disappointing b/c we stay there expecting consistency and standards. Care was very lacking in this area. The location worked well for us.

This. Propery is built in an "L" shape and there is a lack of signage diecting one to the elevator on both floors. There is also a lack of signage on the first floor directing one to the front desk (or lobby).

Last minute reservations on a holiday weekend…. Check-in was a breeze and hotel management was super sweet to our dog.

Overall standard Hilton, but they should keep vegetarian food separate from non vegetarian stuff in breakfast. Also please add more vegetarian options. First day there wasn't even potatoes
