Good clean place to stay with a great rate

I presented a card at the desk when we checked in for our overnight stay. There is a charge to my card which we did not authorize and there is no one with whom I can discuss this charge.

Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Good location.

Good for family and dog. Great indoor pool.

Everything was fantastic at your hotel.

This was a nice hotel for 1 night. A few miles to the plaza as nd easy to get to. Breakfast was varied and good. Would stay again

The hotel was nice though. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, quite a few choices. Good location. All in all we did enjoy our stay.

Very clean and cute place! Very helpful and caring staff! Loved the free breakfast, good variety and a nice vibe. The place is also not too far from the main plaza and restaurants. Will definitely come back

It was a great experience

Staff was very nice and helpful. The property was looking a little shabby. In our room the usb charging ports didn’t work at all and then we tried plugging into regular outlets with our adapter, but the outlets were so loose that they wouldn’t hold the adapter in. Door to refrigerator had to be adjusted into place in order to close. Pool had spiders floating on the surface so my kids wouldn’t go in.

the manager was great! Taking care of his guest is important. The evening worker; not so much. The morning desk clerk was very helpful. The breakfast was not up to the standard I know Hampton Inn promises. The bacon was great. The eggs were under cooked. Biscuits were cold. I didn't have the gravy. The staffer that was working really tried and was very sweet.

Always clean and comfortable. We have and will stay here every time we go to Taos.

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel appeared clean and the Continental breakfast bar was good. It is helpful to know that this is a pet friendly hotel and pets are allowed in any of the rooms on any floors although the front desk attendant said they put pets on the first floor as much as possible. If you are very sensitive to pet dander this could be an issue anywhere in the hotel.

The location and view was good. Internet service was poor.

Apparently 3rd party Renters get the bottom of the barrel Room assignments. We were assigned to the room surrounded by an elevator, Laundry Room and Ice Maker. We managed to get reassigned to another room that had it's own issues to deal with. If you want your wishes considered at all in the room assignments you need to call the hotel directly, days in advance and make sure they note your preferences. This may or not work, but it's what they suggested, otherwise you're just out of luck.

Breakfast was good. Coffee 24 hours a day was really good coffee. Pillows weren't very comfortable. Must be old.

No safe in the room. Empty box of tissues in tissue dispenser. Had to request extra roll of toilet paper. Would have been nice to have a clock/ time piece of some kind with lighted digits. Miss having drawers for clothing.
