This hotel offers NO ELEVATORS! We were able to change rooms downstairs because of our knee issues. The hotel is OLD! There's no extra place to put 2nd luggage. The dining area for breakfast was very small. Staff were not very friendly. This place SHOULD NOT BE PART OF WYNDAM!!

It was nice quiet stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The bed mattress sits on a slab, so its a bit uncomfortable. The housekeeping was mediocre and not deep thorough cleaning. it served its purpose while we were in town but could've been better. When I booked, their prices were attractive. Which is why I went with Super 8. Probably will not book there again though. It wasn't a terrible experience, it could've been better.

We liked the location convenient to the Gorge Bridge attraction. It's near Walmart etc if you need anything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. The little lounge area was nice to eat, read, etc. The room was clean. Liked having a wardrobe closet to hang up our jackets, etc. The place needs a little TLC. I didn't like that there was only 1 chair in my room. My room #101 was near the entrance for accessibility reasons. It can be a bit noisy in the morning but that's to be expected since it's near the lobby. Replace the chair with a nightstand would be good and provide 2 stools would be helpful. The stools can snug under the table and still be kept out of the way when not in use. We never ate any breakfast because the options seemed sparse from observing the table and chose to sleep more.

There was no breakfast left no juice The toilet clogged up, and I myself had to unclog it. I went downstairs and told the manager, and he never did anything, but give me a tool to unclog it.

We didn't end up staying overnight. We are fine with older rooms and worn items in a room, but we do care about cleanliness of the bedding and room in general. The bed sheets were clean, but the under cover protecting the bed was very dirty and stained. We were not comfortable and decided to stay somewhere else.

Upon arrival, the hotel appeared clean and the front desk staff was friendly. However, the smell of the hotel is awful!! I think there were people cooking in their rooms. Also, children were running up and down the halls at all times of the day and night. Very annoying. I love coming to Taos, but I will not stay at this property again.

Not a really a inviting environment inside or outside, outside needs painting, the rooms inside, just so, so, nothing to feel good about, just a place to stay & get on with your travel plans

Friendly and helpful. Hotel was adequate not exceptional.

The room was extremely small. Not even a chair to sit. The bath tub had hair in it. Something had been removed form the bath wall and the holes were stuffed with tissue. There was drywall dust on the floor. The dresser drawers had to be manipulated to close. We couldn't change rooms because no other rooms were available. There was no elevator which was a difficult for seniors. If I hadn't already paid for the room through Expedia I would not have stayed there. I will not prepay for a room again.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facility was very clean. I've visited this site before and it was a pleasant visit, this visit exceeded the previous visit. I can see that all the staff works hard and takes pride in the facility. nothing

Yes, I was discriminated against at the breakfast. I was told there were no more eggs one hour before breakfast. I was drinking coffee and an east indian family came in for breakfast and they immediately produced more eggs for this family.
