The room was very clean and the view is awesome. the king bed was comfortable but the bunk bed has legs that rest directly on the floor so it was hard for the family member with me who had to sleep on the bottom bunk. Also, the room could use a chair. We used a collapsible one that we brought to sit in at an outdoor concert. The other factor is that Telluride is having a very hot, dry summer and there is no A/C in the lodge common areas or individual rooms. Telluride is an exciting place with alot of history, and you can get to town by riding two, free gondolas. There are alot of restaurants to choose from and the ones we chose were fantastic.

Lovely room, great amenities, perfect location for Telluride adventures

What was NOT GREAT was everything else: TINY ROOM—We ordered a room w/king bed, but a bunk-bed was added in the narrow area before the sleeping area. There was nowhere to sit—not even a chair. Crowded to walk by each other. AN (unexpected) EXTRA $30 A NIGHT for (INADEQUATE) PARKING—cars were parked along the sides of the road, down the hill to the small parking lot. We were told it’s best to stay put for our stay or we’ll lose our spot. The expectation is to use the shuttle and gondola for everything, but we were there for a wedding so had to drive both evenings to functions farther away. There indeed were no spots left each night, so we parked in the market-place area a mile away, and took the shuttle back to the lodge…had to be back in time for last shuttle. They took $30 (of the $40 that was charged at the other parking lot), off our bill. There is NO FOOD OPTION on the property (i.e. no breakfast buffet or restaurant—no snacks to purchase—must go to village or marketplace); THREE LARGE DOGS stayed in the room next to us (the barking was infrequent, but startling); LACK OF ROOM TEMPERATURE CONTROL—no air conditioning & inability to turn down heat level—told opening windows only choice. Frequently: STAFF MISSING FROM FRONT DESK …All for $1100 for 3 nights + $90 “parking”.

Enjoyed our stay;)

The property was neat and clean. Every room was stocked with the basics of what you might need. The place had a great cozy feel to it. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Beautiful property surrounded by Aspen trees. Wonderful common space amenities. We loved the two hot tubs and the ping-pong table The shuttle to the gondola was so easy and always prompt Beds and sheets/linens were just wonderful. Kitchen was fantastic and stocked with everything that we needed. Coordination with Booking.com appears to be not good. The room I reserved on booking.com was not what the property initially showed I was given. It was almost a total disaster. The property was able to honor my booking, but I had to wait three hours for the room to be cleaned. The staff at the front desk was polite and tried to be accommodating, but had to “call the manager for Special approval for her to give me this room.” Caused a lot of stress, confusion and delay for all of us.

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse cuando vas a Telluride

Location and the room itself were amazing. You sent us to the wrong address to get the keys. Check your records, the keys are available at the lodge itself, not at som e real estate agency in downtown Telluride. Would also be nice if the lodge had a restaurant or bar on site.

Front desk was very nice though.

Beautiful in every way

Great location

Beautiful property in a beautiful setting. Shuttle to and from business district and gondolas. Fire pit was awesome, heated pool and hot tub were great! Highly recommend!
-
Excellent view.

The only negatives were that we almost constantly heard a very loud television from the adjoining guests room. The air flow was poor and the unit was pretty warm despite the fans.

Location Appliances need updated. Washing machine always stopped before spin cycle. Maintenance turned knob and it started but stopped again right after he left.

Convenient location. Especially appreciated the shuttle services. Big kitchen (needs some updates) and helpful staff that mailed me personal items I left. Dog friendly!! Close walking path. Absolutely no view but the parking lot. Felt holed up in an apartment. In order to get to our room, we had to walk through the gym! Daily construction noise in the unit next door. Fridge was incorrectly installed so in order to open it had to be pulled out! Sloppy. Furniture layout strange, crowded & uncomfortable and SOO many pillows!! How many pillows do you need? I had to heap them in a corner to get them out of the way. Shower had weak water pressure. While there, found many nicer places (with a view!) for the same price, so disappointed in the value. A view in that area is not hard to find.

We greatly appreciated the shuttle service that was provided. It was super helpful since this is not a ski-in/ski-out property. We were pleasantly surprised with how quick the drivers were to pick us up. Please keep this wonderful service! The kitchen in our condo was really nicely equipped and we loved the long dining table. We really enjoyed the hot tub/spa, as well as the sauna and steam room. I wish the sauna could have been a bit hotter though. When we used it, it only went to around 85 degrees, and we would have enjoyed a hotter sauna. We also loved having the keypad access to the condo, and the ski storage rack outside the building was great, as was the boot room that you have. We were very disappointed that the funicular was out of service for the entire time of our stay. That was one of the big selling points for us and would have been really nice to have. It would also be very helpful if a mirror could be hung on one of the walls in each of the two bedrooms on the main floor.

Condo was well maintained. It’s not a ski in ski out. The funicular was not operable and from what we heard, that was typical. Shuttle was not a bad alternative. The door partition between our condos was far from sound proof. It was slightly annoying to listen to our neighbors a couple of times.

Nothing - we enjoyed our 3 nights there and 2 days of back to back skiing.
