MainStay Suites Tampa Moffitt-USF

Exceptional

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast Bed was OK. Lotion in the bathroom had been used by previous guest and not replaced.

Spacious rooms, nice staff. Good parking.

Highly recommended; very clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Very clean, safe, and comfortable. All the essentials for a comfortable long term stay-- full size fridge, stove with oven, laundry down the hall. Good breakfast. Grounds were nice and location near several good restaurants and coffee places, plus wildlife sanctuary The room lightbulbs used the blue tint which was rather harsh. Suggest going to soft white instead

Good

The environment and break fasr Frequency of cleaning the room is very low, kitchen utensils not adequate and the right fit for a family.

All was good I don't like when I am asked to go further than yes no questions....please

This is my get away place. Partner had surgery today and we wanted to get away from family and have some us time. Nothing

1. Day reception clerk was great. Very pleasant and helpful. 2. Room was clean, well appointed and roomy. 3. Bed was comfortable. 4. TV was good and options were also good. 5. Parking was excellent and convenient. 6. Breakfast choices were good. Food quality was also good. 7. Location was good and very convenient to many restaurants, supermarkets and many other services. Not-so good points: 1. Breakfast attendant was not a morning person. She wouldn't even respond to greetings. But she did keep the food stocked and the room well kept. 2. Night reception person wasn't very friendly. 3. Dishes had not been properly cleaned. Probably done by a prior guest, but not checked by housekeeping. 4. Oven door did not close properly. Oven didn't heat properly as a result. 5. People were just hanging out in the parking lot and by the wing entry door. Not a very comfortable feeling. Management should not allow it. Overall the good outweighed the bad. I'd go back, but I would more closely inspect the room.

Exceptional

Food crumbs in the kitchen, on the fridge, etc... You can hear other peoples night activities.

Location, great staff, great room We had ants and some other bugs in the room.

The room is big! Great for a family with 2 kids. The doors on the main lobby, hard to open. Could be better.

Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast. Great location. No issues with my pet.

It was so comfortable, clean and convenient. Excellent breakfast and a decent fitness center. Pool was nice too.

Breakfast, the room, the peace, the staff were excellent
