Very good place

Clean quick and breakfast was good. Close to where I need to be the next day.

There was no hot water, there was also a roach that came out of the mirror and the bathroom had areas of

I went to front desk and told her about roaches and told her where they were and I had pictures of them, and she just said I will report it to the rite person to take care of it. Didn’t say sorry for the problem or offer a discount or nothing. I decided it wasn’t even worth it to say anything else to her, she wasn’t qualified enough to even do anything cause that’s how she acted. I went to Moffitt and talked to one of the management team that takes care of the type of hotel information on the website and told them about the roaches and the staff so they are well advised about what happened and apologize and apologize deeply for it. They are first class customer service, the teams are the best. That hotel need to take lessons from them.

Close to Bush Gardens, great breakfast, clean rooms. Pool was great except it had dirt from wind or afternoon storms.

It was pretty quaint and in a nice little location and quiet.

Breakfast was good, room was clean.

Love the suite w 2 bedrooms and small living area & kitchenette

l stay here for a few days pleasant experience with the staff who were friendly despite they don't speak any English the hotel met my basic needs, but the property is showing its age and could benefit from some updates. The walls were very thin making it easy to hear conversations from their room and doors opening in nearby rooms felt like someone was opening my room door instead it startles me a few times l would even say who is it? Overall, the staff did a good job and l appreciate their efforts

Great place to stay to visit family near Bush Gardens Tampa

Unfortunately, the property left a lot to be desired. There was an odor, almost like mold or excessive humidity, throughout the property and in my room. I didn't bring it up because it was for only one night. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless there were no other options.

Delicious hot breakfast each morning. Variety of options. Beds were comfortable. There was a kitchenette in our room with everything needed to cook with, swimming pool, etc. Beautiful property with nearby pond. Definitely would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, safe location. Forgot my charger after I already turned in the keys they were extremely hospitable and allowed me to go back and retrieve it.

I would not recommend this place at all. It’s ghetto. People were screaming at each other one night. Right outside my window. It’s very late at night.

Clean room, full kitchen, quiet location. Nothing.

Location was quiet, and close to Moffitt Cancer Center. It’s quiet, and the sidewalks enable decent walking routes. Had a noisy upstairs neighbor that stomped on the floor while walking around at 3:30AM. But that’s not the property’s responsibility. The breakfast time needs to extend to 10:00AM! That’ll give folks time, who may be traveling with folks having special needs. The 6-9am is not convenient.
