You have to buy your own breakfast which i thought should be included. The prices were high on the stuff.

It was very clean. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We were here for a softball tournament and the team booked here mainly cause it said free breakfast. Well when the girls go breakfast and they find out they weren't serving breakfast that day. Total disappointment.

This hotel continues to be my “go-to” for the Temple-Belton area. Definitely the best service and rooms in town!

Showed up to a dirty plunger at our door that was there until we left. Someone appeared to have shaved in the sink prior to our arrival

The room was clean and fine but bathroom needs some updating. Shower head in bath was terrible. Bathroom was clean but not aesthetic pleasing. Not up to date and counters and bath tube was old looking. Toilet seat was old looking. Bathroom did not match up to bedroom.

It was a Hilton garden so we assumed that it would be a nicer hotel especially with the higher price. The price also included breakfast. When we got there we were told it was a continental breakfast, $15 per person for Continental breakfast? The next morning we woke up and we were told they were not serving the breakfast. Jesus Christ already. The pillows had to be 100 years old because they were just trash. The air conditioner did not work well so all of the previous reviews about the air conditioning were true. They were doing some sort of construction on the building and there were electrical wires and parts left all over the place even when workers were finished for the day. It was not a good experience at all.

First room had no workable blinds. They had to move us. Hotel generally run down. I have not seen a Hilton Garden look like this

This place is great. So clean and comfortable!

Everything about our stay here was amazing. The only problem I had was having to pay a fee to park in their parking lot. It was only $5.00 but was not made aware of it until check-in.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. My only complaints are there was no jacuzzi as advertised and they never had the Continental breakfast due to being short staffed.
