There was not much to like this stay which was different from a prior stay at this location. Jacuzzi didn't work. Had to move rooms because there was no cold water, only hot water. Room key was not ready due to a system-wide outage. Breakfast was very poor.

We were unable to use the breakfast voucher, so I do regret that, but it smelled delicious! I did get tom grab a coffee on the way out. there wasn't anything I didn't like

A special thank you to Luz, who took care of my room. She was absolutely amazing. I accidentally dropped a glass bottle, and she made sure every piece was carefully cleaned up and vacuumed. She went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn’t get hurt. Her kindness and genuine care made me feel truly valued. Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

The restraunt did not meet expectations, stayed 3 nights, one morning no hot breakfast, only continental, except they had only bagels and bananas, cereal if you wanted to pay. At night restrauant was out of food.

I keep coming here because the staff are very friendly and helpful all the time.The location is close to everything.They are fixing it up so it’s getting better.My dislikes:breakfast is not free,no unlimited coffee and very noisy hotel guests.The rooms and bathrooms are not very clean.

We love the bar and that we can get food if need be. Paying the $5 to park now seems really weird as its a regular hotel with a parking lot......

Clean room. Hospitality was spot on! Parking was easily accessible. Restaurant was a wonderful addition for a night cap too!

There was supposed to be free continental breakfast and there was not. You had to order and it was $16 for each breakfast. Had to wait for the food. Pool and spa were closed. Had to pay for parking which was not on the website.

Location Elevator was broken i was on the 4th floor, pool and spa wasn't open, Resturant was closed

The only thing going for them is cleanliness We arrived, the elevator was broken.. the restaurant was closed, no breakfast was provided even though we paid for it. The pool was closed for maintenance, the ac barely worked in the room, the coffee maker did not work.

Lamp missing beside of bed. Two light bulbs out in room. Too dark.

we found some hair in the bathroom. not a lot and could have been from the cleaning crew or previous occupants. just an icky feeling

We booked the property to use a pool and hot tub. Both features were unavailable and this was never listed on the website or mentioned anywhere. I asked about them and was told they are not workable.
