Lamp missing beside of bed. Two light bulbs out in room. Too dark.

We booked the property to use a pool and hot tub. Both features were unavailable and this was never listed on the website or mentioned anywhere. I asked about them and was told they are not workable.

Location was useful. Pool was not available. Only 1 elevator was available.

The hotel is under construction and the pool gym were not open and TV r elevator was hit or miss.

The staff that we dealt with were very helpful. The rooms need an upgrade. There were also issues with the air-conditioning and fans. I also found a wrapper in our room that did not belong to us.

Bed was ok. AC worked ok The AC vent blowed directly on one of the beds, not adjustable. Underside lip of bottom mount sink was very dirty. a computer monitor on the desk: odd. After we left the manager called to see if we left it. It apparently was from the PREVIOUS guest.

The rooms were spotless, staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and tasty

Room was clean. Night 1, AC went out. Night 2, fire alarm went off due to water. Just felt like I paid a lot of money for the stay and should have been offered a discount for the trouble but overall was a nice visit.

Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again.

The room was clean and the AC worked perfectly. However, mattresses were not the best and the bed springs squeaked. Street noise was loud early until it settled down. Sounded like someone was street racing outside. In addition to paying for the room, a five dollar parking pass had to be purchased. Overall, the stay was okay. Staff were very nice.

I chose property solely for hot tub and unfortunately this was not functional I felt I paid 150$ for nothing I live 10 minutes away so truly didn’t even need to rent the room we simply wanted to relax and the feature was not available

The room was good and clean, and the staff were nice. However, the bed was stiff and uncomfortable, and at the end of the hallway they had construction going which means the hotel had few guests. With that in mind, they were supposed to have a buffet for breakfast and didn't to save on money.

The proximity to the hospital. The staff could be more helpful. The water pressure, and the cleanliness of the bath tub. The fact that it was expensive and the indoor pool was out of order. If this was posted beforehand we would not have stayed at this location or the price could reflect on the amount of out of order signs.
