Reported no air-conditioning in the workout room, and it never got resolved. Representatives had no idea how to handle the situation.

The hotel location was ideal however the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The hotel itself was extremely dirty. The pool was dirty. The elevators were nasty an sticky. The room where ok. Barely had enough towels to to dry ourselves. The washer wasn't working and breakfast was cold and over cooked. Extremely disappointed experience.

The sheets smell moldy even when they changed them.Just a few channels on the tv and bathroom needs to be upgraded it’s very old and curtain was very dirty.Breakfast was good and staff were helpful.

Convenient to our location. Our room was so noisy. We were right by an outside door and with a child, people going in and out woke her several times.

The hotel was fine intil last day no water! Secondly, you never took.out the deposit, so when I arrived I had to pay full amount, not what was showed on itinerary! You need to give better service! I will never book through you again

On checkout day a hot water pipe bursted, no water, no bath no food and they only gave me $50.00 b ack for my inconvenience! Also I will not ve booking from you guts ever again because you were sippose yo take out $152.00 for a deposit on my room and once I arrived at the hotel I discovered you did not jeep up your end if bargain! I heed some compensation from. You ascwelk!

Only one cup provided for morning coffee....after a night of an outdoor concert, we woke up to a hotel with no water...no showers...water line broke...no adjustment on nightly rate....couldn't get out of there quicker....not Holiday Inn standard by any means.
