The staff was wonderful. The bed was noisy and high. Also the curtain would not close completely.

Had to wait over 30 minutes to get checked in, there were roaches, and the tv didn’t work

We were staying here prior to my open heart surgery at Baylor Scott & White. Upon leaving we forgot my cane and noise canceling headphones. My wife returned 2 weeks later (after my release) and all was returned.

The location was perfect. It was right across the street from the hospital I was going to! The room was very spacious and although we didn't need it, having the kitchenette was awesome! The bathroom was also very nice and clean. I don't have any complaints!
