Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Temple - Medical Center

They say there is grab and go breakfast but there's not. Its oatmeal packets and oranges. The worst breakfast I've ever seen. Not even muffins or anything.

Had a great stay. Staff was kind and friendly. Clean rooms, lots of room inside

Staff was nice. Management handled an invoice dispute. Clean ice machine available in the lobby. Apparent laundry room. Most people may not like it being seen from the lobby, but its clean, well maintained and there an HEB across the street.

Staff was awesome kind of wish breakfast had more hot options like microwave burritos or sandwiches or maybe some vending options but over all a great experience will definitely stay again during my next temple trip.

Staff was very courteous and professional. My only downfall was your continental breakfast needs to be ALOT better. That was one of the reason to stay there, I may change locations next time.

It was clean but was not informed about special rate for folks javing family members in the hospital. The breakfast was so minimal, there was only two boiled eggs, some yogurt and breakfast bars, not much for those trying to eat protein, etc. There was no one at the front desk typically and I couldn’t figure out how to call down and had to look up the phone number online and call on my cell phone and no one ever did answer…. because the room above me sounded like they were romping and stomping between 8 and 10 PM each night. The mall behind the hotel was totally vacant and closed down and there were people speeding and racing and spinning out circles between 8 and 10 as well. I never could get a hold of the desk to ask them to call about that… I would’ve went down, but I was already in my pajamas :(

Air-conditioning did not get cold even went on 65° breakfast was simple and could be better facility still had some fixtures that needed to be put in place but overall it was very clean and staff was very helpful

Coffee was good

I love this hotel. Excellent staff, locations, super clean. Just last night, the guests in the room above me, were walking/pounding back and forth, dropping something super heavy at least 4 times, from 8pm-11pm. I have no idea what they were doing, but it sucked. I did not call the front desk.

I can assure you we will never stay there again. In no particular order let me preach on it. The shower in our room was filthy. There was hair all over the walls of the shower. A previous guest must have been a terrible shot. There was remnants splattered on the rim of commode. Nobody wants to see that. No coffee pot in the room. I had to go to the lobby every morning to get my wife a cup of coffee. On the final morning the coffee was more hot water than coffee. My brother in law was told there was no more coffee. How does a hotel run out of coffee before 7:00am on a Sunday morning. Our bathroom door had not been trimmed properly and would not shut all the way. If you were building a house, would you accept it if your bathroom door would not close and lock properly. I think not. Someone really dropped the ball on inspection. NO BREAKFAST. Grab and go! You have got to be kidding me.Who wants to have to stop somewhere and pick up breakfast every morning. NO HAIRDRYER in the room. Noise from above and beside was very loud. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. When we got in bed it was almost like we sank down to the floor. The recliner reminded me of a hospital chair. Need I say more about that. I will end on a positive note. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The walls and ceiling were so thin you couldn’t get any sleep. And for a new Property the mattress was very cheap. Both my husband and I had back aches from the bed Will not be staying here again

Great staff

Bed was not made upon arrival. Breakfast choices very limited. Not a good experience for a brand new hotel.

Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were very big. The lady at the front desk, Diana, was nice and as can be and so helpful. Great person

The hotel is nice and clean. The A/C was cold. My main complaint was that some of the pillowcases had stains on them. Overall it was a good experience.

Practically a brand-new location. No Hairdryer in the room but they did have the iron and board. Full size refrigerator, an electric stovetop, Cubbies instead of a cabinet of drawers, which I thought I would not like but it worked out just fine. Very easy access to the interstate. Easy access to food gas and local entertainment. Good place, I will stay here agin.

Front desk lady, Diana was wonderful. She was so friendly and made the check in so easy. Great employee!

Comfy beds and great staff. A good value for the money. Have stayed here before and will stay again. I always travel with my dog and they remembered her and played with her. My dog is a bit aloof but she loves the staff there.

It was new facility n front of the mall. It was a great experience and a very clean.

This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding.
