It was new facility n front of the mall. It was a great experience and a very clean.

This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding.

Clean, staff was polite. Shower needs to be a bit bigger for the taller people and the doors are pretty heavy. Beyond that it was a great stay

control the floor was dangerously wet! With ac way up and bathroom fan on it resolved. Bare bones place for a quiet sleep.

Well when we checked in Emilio and Erik were awesome. I didn’t see them again during our 7 day stay. The girl at the front desk was very RUDE, didn’t catch her name. Maintenance knocked on our door early one morning and busted in doing a bug spray. The toilet backed up and the bathroom sink stopped draining. The ice machine was broken and the vending machine exploded early Wednesday morning and I awoke to a loud banging that was nonstop for about 30 minutes. I called front desk and the guy informed me that it had exploded and they were trying to get it open. Wait what???! It’s already open if it exploded but nevertheless can you wait until 8 or 9 am and not do that at 3 am. Our keys never worked resulting in us having to constantly get them rekeyed. A woman opened our door and I guess she realized it was the wrong room and all I saw was a lady with blonde hair walking down the hallway. The so called complimentary breakfast which consisted only of coffee, oatmeal, breakfast bars and muffins was always poorly stocked. One morning the RUDE lady couldn’t find the keys to put out more sugar, IF only she invested as much time in actually doing her job as she does chastising people who book online and not through her. I guess the saying’s true, “you get what you pay for.”

I enjoyed my stay overall. There was just a constant feeling of dampness in the room. The bedding felt damp, the towels in the restroom felt damp, my clothing felt damp as well as my hair throughout my stay. I'm not sure why it was so moist/ humid but it was honestly very uncomfortable. Besides that and the thin walls i enjoyed my stay

Bring your own hair dryer. There was none provided. Breakfast is very basic. If you are gluten free, there are a few choices that do work though. But if you are very sensitive or picky about what you like, you might want to have a backup.

Love the stay

Spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Good customer service. The hotel was conveniently located for our needs at the Temple VA.

A/C unit went out resulting in us needing a place until the part arrived. Staff (Erik and Emilio)very helpful and accommodating. We stayed at a few other hotels but decided on this one because of the streaming services.

Room was clean, but smelled weird. Everything was fine otherwise

It was so clean I walked around in white socks and they stayed white!!! Bravo to your house keeping!!!!!

Enjoyed our stay and we will use this place again
