Red Roof Inn Temple

First let me start by saying that the front desk employees did their job. But the room was AWFUL. Room 114. The bed was so NOISY that I know the neighboring rooms complained. It was the worst bed EVER. It’s like the bed was rigged to stay up. I saw roaches all over the room. They need to have Orkin come spray the rooms. Everything was OLD. There was also belongings in a drawer from a previous guest. Someone needs to inspect the rooms after the housekeepers clean because I swear I will NEVER stay at ANY red roof inns from now on. This location just ruined my experience. The soap is cheap and they only put ONE towel in the room. I would like a refund from this establishment. It was the WORST. The blanket was so thin that it’s like I was under a sheet. You can tell that the owner is VERY CHEAP! They need better beds and amenities. I will not stay here again EVER! It says no smoking but the way the rooms were, I doubt anyone cares because the hotel is so run down now. OWNER only cares about a quick buck and that’s obvious because the rooms are in HORRIBLE CONDITION!

It was pretty quiet

Room was clean, area was nice, staff was especially helpful and understanding. Red Roofs never cease to impress. Always over exceeding expectations.

Great piece of stay very very good deal quiet clean rooms close to freeway shopping and restaurants very convenient. We definitely recommend staying here if you’re in town.

The location Roach infestation and non functioning door lock. Bugs were crawling up my phone charger as I was holding my phone.

Price was fine but you get what you pay for Room was fair and night clerk was good but somebody was having a loud boom box party till after 2 AM and I couldn't sleep. Night clerk said I was supposed to complain to front desk but I didn't. I planned to stay and paid for 3 nights and the rude day manager refused to even discuss a refund on the 2 remaing nights or even partial refund. I should have known that the property was not any good by reading reviews from previous customers . I won't ever stay at another Red Roof Inn recommend booking.com remove them from there listings. I should have known that if the price is to cheap the property will be cheap also. I will never recommend Red Roof Inn to anyone stay clear of them a I hope they go out of business. If you look up any review from me you will see I'm not a complainer most of my reviews are for excellent service.

The room was exact opposite! The bathroom counter was dirty, the sheets looked like they were slept in, the towels had hair stuck in them and when I woke there were bugs in the room. Some looked like roaches, another kind and flies. The seal at the bottom of the door was pretty much gone so think the all came in at night. I went to the store and picked up cleaner and paper towels to wipe down surfaces. Very sad as I was there dealing with an injury of my own and visiting my aunt who was in the ICU next door. No, I don’t talk to the staff. Although super friendly, my cousin also had a room and she had the same issues… so why bother them?

I have been staying here for a while for work. There are allot of spots for parking. Sometimes there are people who feel like parking in some spots is only for them, but all you have to do is remind them that there is not reserved spots.

Cheap. Don’t expect champagne on a bottom shelf beer budget.

No one cleaned the room or changed before sheets ,I lost $10 in wending machine ,when asked the person on counter for help his answer was ,I can't do anything about it.there was no coffee available in the lobby and no one offered to make it.
