This location is our go to spot whenever we visit our daughter in Belton. Staff is always friendly! Yoli at breakfast and Adrian at check in are great!

I told Booking.com I needed 1st floor handicap room. I got a 2nd floor regular room. Could not get into my bed without help and the toilet was so low I needed help getting off of it and the shower had a ledge and I couldn’t get into it. They said they were never notified by Booking.com of my requests. Per ADA requirements they’re supposed to have told the hotel of my requests. I’ll book direct in the future.

The hotel grounds were very clean, the double bed room feels like the most spacious we've stayed in, compared to other hotel chains. The breakfast had alot of options and the morning staff was so kind! We will stay here again when we come through the area.

Staff was friendly Wasn't able to get checked when arriving, they're system was down, I was very tried and was ready to relax, bed was uncomfortable, water wasn't hot, a/c didn't work well.

Water pressure was low in the restroom sink and shower. Carts are too small for large luggage and hallways/elevators were not air conditioned
