Bed sheets were either dirty or stained . I thought Hampton inns used to be a little nicer.

Great service by the front desk. Very courteous and helpful. I have stayed at this property several times and will be back.

In great location- very clean and friendly staff This is.not anything hotel could necessarily help- power went out at 330 am and I use a cap machine to sleep and have medication that needs refrigerated so we left at 530. Power came on as we were leaving.

Easy to access Desk staff who checked me in was unpleasant when my reservation through Booking.com didn’t come up. Said my confirmation # was useless. Then offered to make me a new reservation through Hilton but I didn’t get my points. Blamed it on a computer glitch. I eventually got checked in, but she made me feel like the “glitch” was my fault. Gas station next door was super noisy with lots of loud revving engines and shouting.

Our room likely was not used often, and the floor and furniture felt slightly "sticky" . We think since the AC worked perfectly for us, that likely the room had not been used much. Also we could not figure out the TV but we are not technical people and we did not want to subscribe to any streaming services.

room was nice and clean, the only problem was the very loud car/truck show/race in the parking lot next to the hotel. not the hotel's fault, but it was very loud until 11 pm. had to have the tv loud to drown out the noise.

The breakfast menu was fresh, the parking lot was well-lit and safe. The staff is helpful and friendly. A word to the wise, there seems to be a custom for lots of teens to gather on Friday and Saturday nights on the other side of the adjacent gas station from 9 to midnight. If your room is facing it you will hear loud cars and music. I didn't see any misbehavior and the few teens that I talked to were respectful. Everything was cleared out by midnight. Have some earplugs handy.
