The staff greeted us at the door and were very polite and quick with getting us checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I could provide wouldn’t be about the hotel or its staff. It would be about the noise from the people partying in the parking lot next door.

Bed was comfortable. Had to eat $150 due to babysitter falling through and going home. So We paid for 2 nights but stayed less than 24 hours. Did not get fully refunded the $50 deposit that had to be paid when we arrived. Which was never mentioned until time to collect room key. When we went down to the restaurant and returned, it looked like someone had been in our room. Our things were moved and the curtain was drawn back. I mistakenly entered the wrong room, and yes my key opened the door to a couple rooms that weren't ours!! I did not try to enter intentionally, we had a couple of drinks at Longhorn, which was worth the money you pay! It hit pretty hard and only had 2! So yeah I did accidentally try to enter two rooms that were by my room,, and the key worked every time! So that was a little scary! Thank goodness they were empty!!! We will not be staying there again. The fact that someone entered our room while we were downstairs at the restaurant. Also my room key opened 2 doors that was not our room. I asked for another room and they completely ignored it. I didn't sleep very well. Up most of the night making sure Nobody came in while we slept.

Pool was amazing. Hotel was clean & up to date. Breakfast was the best that we have ever had at a hotel (and the breakfast staff went above & beyond to assist & was very kind)

The hotel was not as clean as I would associate with a 3 star hotel. The maintenance was not up to a 3 star hotel. Basic upkeep of the facility was not up to par.

We had an issue with our air conditioner. The staff was so helpful and immediately moved us to another room. Breakfast was amazing

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn. Prior to last year, we had not stayed in a Holiday Inn for many years. At this hotel, the staff are cheery, helpful and friendly, and the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The indoor pool is large with disabled access via a ramp and lift. The breakfast is likely the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. There was much variety and lots of healthy items.

Beverly was a wonderful help. I was arriving at 3am and had called to let them know. They were very helpful. Beverly had me all ready to go and made me a cup of ice water. The room was great. The person setting up breakfast needs more training. They chopped up the strawberries with the leaves still on them. They were not making sure that things were kept full. They over warmed the bread items and made them hard.

Staff was nowhere to be found when arrived. Was 4 sets of families waiting to check in. Room was dirty holes in ceiling, air conditioner leaked water on the floor, & bathroom tub was filthy!

Good Pool was freezing. Kids were shivering and did not enjoy it.

probably the worst Holiday inn I have stayed at. the toilet seat was only fixed on one side and the closet door was hanging on broken hinges.We were on the fourth floor and the water power was pathetic and the hot water wasn't!

The front desk staff was lovely and the breakfast was well done- clearly pride taken here. Just wish the room met the expectations of the rest of the hotel.

I paid for two rooms. My parents room, the bed skirt wasn't done correctly but that was a simple overlook. No issues at all. The entire hotel staff from the check in/out to the fine gentleman serving breakfast. I will definitely stay there again.

Single mom& 2 boys on a rare, due to financial tightness, trip. The highlight, what they were so very excited about, was the swimming pool. The water was so cold, there was no way to get in. Searched online reviews& this was mentioned several times?.
