The lady that checked me in 7/31 about 7:00 pm was amazing , She absolutely was so welcoming and represented Holiday Inn extremely well, noticed she treated each person the same checking in, explained amenities on the property and locations and times of everything . I was impressed. Had a great stay .

This morning at breakfast, the tall, thin main chef guy was very polite and nice. He even gave me a bag to take a muffin to go since I was full and didn’t want to miss out on eating the delicious carrot cake muffin. He also put a new pot of coffee out the minute I told him it was out. It is nice to see someone take such pride in their job, you do not see that as often as we should today. Not to mention, he added fresh mint to the fresh berries, and the biscuits were absolutely delicious. Thank you for another great stay.

Our room was cleanish, however our beds did not appear to have the sheets changed. We found a lot of dirt on the inner sheets and a penny tucked into the sheets of the other bed. Both nights we utilized the pool there were no towels available for use when done with the pool, even when asked for we did not get any towels. We also did not get our towels replenished on our second day of being at the hotel. Also, on Sunday morning when we went down to get breakfast about 15 minutes prior to the end of breakfast all of the staff were down eating/getting their food. This made it pretty impossible to get breakfast. We had very friendly service with all of the front desk staff when we checked in and, out and any other interactions we had. Ruby was very friendly.

Good.

To be fair it was a Sat night at a busy intersection near a highway. We were on the side of the busy intersection. If it was on the other side, our experience may have been different. It also lacked a touch of luxury and felt more budget, even though it was only $15-$20 less than a place that felt more luxurious.

Located in a very good area with anything you need close by.

I will never stay at a holiday inn again

Nice place to stay! Staff was very helpful and nice to talk with, helped with whatever needed done! Room was nice was a couple things that could have needed a little more attention with cleaniness but nothing to bad. Great night sleep and breakfast was great and the staff made sure to keep stocked for as many people there were.

The hotel lacked cleanliness. My room has a shower that was unable to be used due to the appearance of dirt and residue on it. The desk in room was dirty and there was also stuff on the floor. The air conditioner made a loud buzzing sound on and off the whole night. The hotel charged more than what my booking was on Hotels.con since I used the pay on site feature. I am hoping the extra $50 I was charged was a hold. Due to the appearance of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness I decided to not use the pool, which was annoying because I was looking forward to utilizing that. The only good thing about the hotel was it was attached to Long Horn and the service there was amazing and the food was amazing as well! So the longhorn saved it from being 1 star.

I know it was a graduation weekend but for how expensive the room was, there wasn’t a lot. The pool was closed. The breakfast was just okay with them constantly running out of items while the staff chatted in the kitchen with the door open. The room itself was banged up with the bathroom door not locking, a hinge being broken on the cupboard, and a lot of scratches. Not to mention only two cups in the room. Would be upset if the room was half the price, but I’ve stayed in Chicago and London for less per night.

This was a 1 night stay. Everything was great. Staff was friendly, I did have an issue with my air unit, it wasn't a big deal so we did not request a new room. The next morning I mentioned it and she got me a part discount for the room. Everything was clean and they had everything you would need. I would recommend.
