We especially Enjoyed Lynae Owen she was very polite, friendly and helpful. Such a sweet lady. Our room was clean. Breakfast was good. I wish I would have known I could request non feather pillows before booking. but with the help of staff it worked out well.

I screwed up my reservations. The young man at the counter didn’t hesitate in sorting things out.
-
Quiet Room entrance was a little challenging for me. Had to know to pull the door handle up or down after swiping the hotel card.
-
odor on 3rd floor, beds way too soft and sheets look like they had been slept it

Very good stay. Great location.

The bed was horrible. We had a king bed and my husband and I both rolled in the middle of the bed. We slept very little. The shower was a roll-in due to me needing a handicapped room and the water ended up half way in the bathroom. Don't think we would stay here again.
