We checked in on the night of 9-25-26. The room had a musty smell. When we pulled back the sheet. We discovered a bug crawling below the sheet. There was also a red stain on the matress cover. We checked out within 10 minutes. No refund on first night stay.

Love the staff very attentive and respectful. Breakfast was great and they did a great job at cleaning rooms on a daily basis and providing the things needed.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was good. This is where we stay before crusing out of Galveston. Very convenient to the port.

The hotel lobby and rooms smelled of mildew strongly. We decided not to stay there and went to another hotel.

The room were nice and clean but when they came in to clean up, they dumped 1 trash can, left dinner containers on the table and didn’t make bed. No attention to detail.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was kind. There was an odor that was throughout the hotel, it made my nose burn. Also, not all of the outlets worked, so I couldn't use my Cpap machine or charge my phone. There was only one chair so one of us had to always sit on the bed. There was no closet or dresser.

The staff met all my needs. Traveled with my elderly parents and reserved a room with accessibility. Spacious and big bathroom. My parents were happy all that matters.. they were comfortable and property was quite for them to rest.

When we arrived, they had no electricity and could not check us in. The entire building smells terrible. Our room smelled worse and was covered in mold and mystery stains. It was a quick drive to the port of Galveston but I would avoid this place.

Having to get a $100 hold on my debit card for incidentals . What if I didn’t have an extra $100 after I purchased the room. Then I have to wait 2-5 days to get it back. Don’t even get complementary water .

We weren’t able to even check in to our room because Best Western canceled our reservations so I lost out on the entire entirety of my trip the biggest crocodile ever

The smell in the room was very humid. The breakfast was very poor! I don’t recommend this hotel for long trip, more than 3 days.

They would not honor my original reservation price. I had to pay double for the same room. They did it to several people. I will never stay here again.
