Very clean and friendly if I come back to Texas I will be staying here
-
It had a weird smell and the floor was stained
-
Our tv kept cutting out. We went to the front desk and the attendant said they would be right over to try and fix it, never showed. We gave up and went to sleep. Breakfast was better than I expected.

Nice place.

Disgusting
-
The room had bedbugs. I was pissed bc the staff knew about them and tried to tell me that I was given that room by accident. The moved me to another hotel but it doesn’t change anything. Disgusting and I will never book with them again.
-
We had to change rooms cause I had an asthma attack while in the fist floor but once they moved us it was better other than that everything was good!

Was woke up at 8 in the morning asking to come in because it showed we had checked out already which clearly was not the case, Restroom did not shut properly, Said no pets yet there was a dog on the property.

Our room was dirty. Bottom of my feet were black after walking around. Hairs in tub and bed. No coffee supplies in room and had to go ask. Got three pillows for two people. We were told everything else was dirty. One chair in room where there was supposed to be two. It was the front desk guys first day with no one for him to ask questions to. Felt unsafe as we had someone knock on our door and ask for money. I would not stay here ever again
-
It was by far the worst place I have ever stayed it was extremely nasty would never recommend should not even be open for business

Do not stay in rooms 109-112, they are on the back side of the laundry. Not sure why we were put there since our side of the building had 4 cars parked on it meaning many open rooms available. Trying to unwind at the end of the first night(8ish-10pm) and couldn't hear the TV over the jet engine sounding washing machine on the other side of the wall. Talked to the morning clerk the next day about it. He must have passed it along as laundry was running in the early afternoon the next day and not at night. Bags of garbage in the walkway or full garbage carts were out all night both nights we were there. Our room was clean and looked newly remodeled.

Location was very convenient and access to the room was great.

Don’t try to charge your phone in the rooms because there is moisture in the outlets.. my phone was giving me an error message about moisture.. after buying a new charger at the local store, (expensive). The new charger was doing the same thing. At first, I thought it was my phone and then it happened to my mother-in-laws phone as well. Also, there are no elevators to get to the second floor.. all the rooms smell like mold and mildew. And the pictures online don’t look anything like the place.

Horrible place not clean bed, wet flood dirty roaches

The location We didn’t like the first room 157 it was horrible condensation appeared on the floor if the a/c was set to a certain temperature. The shower knob came oof when adjusting the was temperature. The room had a stinch the wouldn’t go away even with an air freshener. I went to the office the next day and wanted to check out, but would be charged for another night so I requested another room which they did agree to. The 2nd room 225 was better, the only thing we noticed was the ice bucket had a hole at the bottom and no plastic bag for it. And our room access was deactivated way too early. We was able to pack our vehicle together. I had to stay back so that we wouldn’t be locked out.

Breakfast was good on Sunday, On driving down I sent a message about earlier check in received no reply upon arrival 30 minutes early the at thr front desk said yes it was an extra charge. No customer service attitude. No coffee pot in room

The room was dirty. The sink smelled so nasty you couldn’t tell if it was the water or sink. The bed sheets had pee stains and human discharge stains. The floor was so dirty ball of hairs everywhere on the floor. Small dead roaches laying around. The room smelled so nasty I had to buy candles and air fresheners
-
Great A/C, it took awhile for the hot water to kick in but other than that it was okay
-
Little bit of trash under the beds of other than that it was good

My experience was not great, my room smelt moldy , the room had so much humidity in it that when you laid on the bed it made you feel like you were sweating ,Bathroom door did not shut at all, also found a dead roach and saw another crawling..
