Staybridge Suites Plano - The Colony by IHG

Great location. Very clean.

It was clean, spacious and comfortable for my work stay. I did not eat the breakfast, but it was nice that it was included. Staff were polite.

good

Great customer service. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms clean. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Passable

The atmosphere was great and so was the room. It was very convenient to where we were going during our stay. The breakfast didn’t have any non pork option for those that don’t eat pork, other than that it was delicious.

It was a really great time. The staff were amazing. Food was really good and lots of options Room was very clean and the area was so quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back.

LOVELY STAY, NICE SYAFF AND GOOD BREAKFAST! WILL STAY AGAIN

Perfect for our family of 5.

Only negative is the cockroach we found on the floor. Everything else was great!

Liked the Bed, it was very comfortable. Loved the room arrangement.

Location and courteous & responsive staff. Breakfast was served and staff worked to keep things stocked just had to be patient. Appreciate many people stay with different schedules but there was a toddler bouncing around floor above until 12a and up by 6:30a

Bad

Room was a good size and laid out well. The carpets and furniture were stained and dirty. The hard surface floors were sticky.

Pleasant

The pool area was nice. The room. The living room furniture looked like it needed to be updated, the dresser smelled dirty when I opened it, and the restroom didn't have a lockable door.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly. They were even hosting a social hour with free appetizers and drinks for the guests when we checked in!

The location The breakfast was horrible. Didn’t receive enough towels for each occupant for both rooms I reserved the first name we were there. Asked for new towels the next day, and was told they would be brought to my room and they never did. The scent in the hotel and the hotel was not welcoming which made my family and I very comfortable which led to my family and I checking out before the preservation was over. They need to do some reevaluations that lead to renovation for the physical property and the aesthetics of it, as well as get that breakfast together. The interior of the hotel and the vibe of the hotel felt like a stay at Motel 6.
