La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham The Woodlands/Spring

It needs upgrading, furniture was all crumbling from bottom, phone didn?t work, pool was super dirty bathroom in my room backing up.

Spacious, clean, soft bed , awesome shower, water was hot.. No everything was excellent.

Location There wasn¿t a blanket. Only a short. The room smelled like feet. The couch was torn.

We checked in and went to our room that was given to us. Someone else was already staying in that room. Go back to the front desk got a new room. We left to go to the pool to let the little one swim. The pool was nasty. There more but I hit the max words.

Nothing Horrible and nasty. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Nothin.. my sheets had yellow stains on them so I removed them off the bed and turned them into housekeeping and slept on my own blankets and sheets. I think they office thinks I stole the sheets off the bed and tried to charge me $150. They have roaches BED BUGS!!! Room 106 has BED BUGS AND THE BED IS BROKEN.

Friendly check in staff. The breakfast was wonderful. Thankyou I was charged an extra 50.00 because the manager there told me i damaged the sheets from ¿bodily fluids¿ . Iv stayed at many hotels and never heard of that before nor have i had that problem. Im guessing they dont use cleaner to wash the sheets.

Room was clean and we had fresh towels. The staff was rude, inconsiderate and hesitant to help when I had questions regarding billing. They charged me twice for a deposit. The room smelled like cigars the entire time. The elevator wasn¿t working either

I do business travel for a living. Out of all my business travel stays. This has got to be the worse experience I have ever encountered. My first night here I woke up roaches in my kitchenette area and bedroom area. I also had hair in my bed toilet seat area and shower area. I was moved to another room. However I still was not given the Accommodations I needed in kitchenette area like cookware such as pots and pans in the room. Don’t advertise that you have a kitchenette in your rooms if your not offering the amenities that should come with it. Also the room had a broken smoke detector. The General Manager promised to add additional points towards my Wyndham Rewards account. However it has still not been addressed. I’m frustrated concerning this matter. Thank you.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool water was cloudy and the hottub's water was brownish.

Cold AC, helpful staff Carpet in hallway smelled like dog pee. Mattress was lumpy/uneven Ice machine broken on 2nd floor so 1 machine for the whole building Fan in bathroom didn't work

The breakfast Parking lot is small and no room. Smelt like marijuana and cigarettes Found McDonald¿s trash with food still in it. Was in the cabinets Bathroom door would not open and close smoothly and made a loud noice all night when family had to use rea

Our room was missing many items, when I asked the front desk about them, they didn't have any replacements. My husband & I had to go purchase a hair dryer & pillows from Walmart. Smoke detector was missing, light bulb, no ironing board either.

When we check into our room Dogs were Barking and barking we didn't realize it was dog friend place but they moved us to a better location on the same floor The pool was open but the kids pool was so dirty the water was yellow and the adult pool could use cleaning

Leaving. This was a terrible hotel experience. We were awakened by loud noises for an hour after we complained around midnight. People were yelling, a dog was barking, people were stomping around, I think they were jumping on the beds. There were no washcloths. The bed linens were thin and cold.
