Rooms are basic. The staff is super nice. I didn't like the fact that there were gnats in the food area while eating breakfast. Overall it was 7/10.

The pool and lazy river were the perfect place to relax and enjoy friends. The pool staff mainly “Erica” was very attentive. She came around regularly and even found us in the lazy river to give us samples of drinks (of which were great)! Many of us later purchased the drink she gave us samples of. We highly recommend the resort and look forward to returning!

The resort and staff were absolutely excellent! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended!

$25 rental fee for microwave. Cmon man some kids just don’t eat regular food. Felt disconnected when they charged $25 for microwave

Great rooms and views peaceful serenity, few things need to be fixed but overall excellent. The lazy river needs more water in it, the hook to hold a towel in our bathroom was missing and some paint was chipped off. Needed firmer pillows too. Loved the pool and hot tub and restaurants and coffee bar.

Everything was fantastic. I've stayed in the woodlands area. Several times but this was the best hotel and resort

The property was clean, manicured landscaping with helpful personnel. Pool areas clean and orderly with attendants assisting with towels, refreshments and food. This was the third year we had a wonderful relaxing time.
