We needed hot water to mix baby formula to feed our baby, staff said machine is not working and they didn't try to help us get hot water for our infant.

The facility was cleaned and airy. The front desk woke me up at 7:30 in the morning because a previous guest was looking for his key. They had a guy search my room for it while I was half naked and asleep.

I booked a room at that hotel because it was close to the dentist where my son had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. What upset me the most was that I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 p.m., and I was told that my room would not be available until 3:00 p.m. How was that possible when my son’s dentist appointment was at 1:00 p.m.? We had just completed a nine-hour drive, and we needed to shower and get ready before the appointment. Instead, the only solution I was offered was to pay an additional $50 for a room that was already available. I felt that was completely unfair. I was also told that breakfast and dinner were included, but that turned out to be false. When I went to the restaurant, I was told they were not included. The food at the hotel restaurant was also very disappointing. First, we waited about 30 minutes for our food. I ordered the green chilaquiles, but they were nothing more than a few fried tortilla chips with a small amount of green sauce on top. The quality was very poor. Overall, it was a terrible experience. It started with the attitude of the first employee who assisted me at check-in. After that, I contacted Booking.com to try to resolve the issue. At first, I was connected to an automated system, and then I was transferred to a representative. I stayed on the phone for a very long time, but no one ever answered. On top of that, when I made the reservation, I selected the option to pay at the hotel upon arrival. However, my credit card was charged $175 three days before my stay, without my authorization or any prior notice. That was very disappointing and completely unacceptable. I only needed the room from 12:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the next morning. I checked out at 6:00 a.m., so there was no reason to make me wait until 3:00 p.m. to check in after such a long drive. If I had been told in advance that I would not be able to check into my room until 3:00 p.m., I would never have made the reservation. I would have booked a different hotel. The service at the hotel was extremely poor, and the customer service from Booking.com was just as disappointing.

I have stayed here a few times. I like the location and the hotel is nice. Staff is very helpful. I didn't like that the room did not have a mini fridge

Location , easy to get to , close to everything. Easy to park in the hotel garage. Staff are nice and accommodating. Great buffet breakfast . The shower water pressure was very low . Hard to take a shower . The air conditioning in the lobby and Resturant wasn’t working . It was very hot and uncomfortable. Hard to eat at the restaurant because it was so hot

The parking validation process was not explained at check-in time and needed to return to reception desk to get it validated. It was troublesome for me. I have mobility disabilities and needing to go back to get it validated added too much stress for me.
