The room was clean and quiet. The price was ok for the room. The breakfast was not good at all. There was no body soap, just shampoo and conditioner. I thought all hotels have complimentary body wash and things like that.
-
The location and price The hotel is outdated and old. Strange smells and I would not stay there again. Need major update updates
-
Location. Worn furniture, gross stained mattress, curtain rod bent so it didn't stay closed.

I liked how close the property was to the amphitheater. It was unclean. I found dirty socks on the floor from previous guests on the floor. The couch had stains on cushions (white circle on one side and brown streak on other.)

The staff was very friendly. Dirty. Outdated. False advertising in the photos, there IS NO POOL
-
Overall good. A/C unit was very damp.

The hotel was close to relatives. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was hot and ready each morning.
-
Breakfast, location and the level of comfort. Wish fitness center had more equipment

We were able to check in early for a fee ($15 --worth it for to be able to nap after traveling) and the room was spacious and clean. The staff I spoke to were very nice! Parking lot is kinda weird though, but no big deal.

Staff was extremely friendly and professional. There was a hole in the floor under the carpet at the foot of one of the beds. I tripped on it more than once.

The only thing that i have a complaint on is the pool/hot tub. The website said there was a pool and hottub. However the site did not say the pool/ hot tub has been closed since 2020. Which i found out by the front desk person. So it was misleading and i was sorta dissapointed. But overall it was a great stay!

Took over 20 minutes to check in at end of a long day. The issue was with Expedia... but front desk associate was rude and kept telling me I had to call Expedia to fix it. I'm still not sure what the issue was...
