Always a nice stay, and Bobby the manager is a good guy. I feel bad for those that mess up the rooms pretty bad!!
-
The property was old and unkept. Mold by the bath tub, leaking toilet, between the wall and the sink was disgusting.
-
The breakfast is always the same thing, no variations

Lady at checkin was fantastic and parking was easy!

The bed was comfortable. We got ample clean towels. The breakfasts were great, and free. The room was supposed to be for handicap, but it had a tub instead of a walk-in shower. The bathroom fan was in good working order when we arrived, but starting Sunday evening, it sounded like a bomb. The safe wouldn't stay closed, and my granddaughter had to tape the safe closed. After I was registered and in the room, I found a note saying I would be charged more if I requested to have someone make the bed and empty the trash.

The pillows were horrible. Your site said there was a pool and there was not!

The breakfast is the same every day. Variety would make it a better amenity. Time is fine as well as the area. But the same thing every day has its limitations

The ice bucket in the room had literal funk and mold growing in it like the inside of as never cleaned. Bed was super hard and hurt my back. Pillows were 1/3 of a normal pillow size with nothing to them. Shower had no pressure and the shower head wouldn’t work to choose the other options for flow. Water wouldn’t get hot. The hot breakfast was funky tasting, couldn’t do it. The room was absolutely disgusting. There’s no way it’s been cleaned prior. However, I traveled in and everything else was booked. Two nights for $500 in that was absolutely ridiculous.

The beds were really comfortable and we had plenty of blankets and towels. We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the gas station for food and snacks. The immediate neighborhood was relatively quiet and felt safe to walk around.

The Staff was very professional, kind and considerate.

The room wasn’t very clean. Also a weird smell throughout and staff was hit or miss on how friendly and helpful they were.

Front desk staff was great putting up with my travel companions' shenanigans & jokes. Check-in was quick & easy. The room was amazing & had plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom was TINY. (The door almost touched the toilet, like maybe 1/4" of space.) That was the only downfall to the room. The guys didn't realize the couch pulled out into a bed, until morning when they were packing up. We got to breakfast at the very end, so we can't speak much about that. A typical hotel breakfast, though. Eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries... Beds were comfy. I guess the floor was alright, too.

Everything was fine First room had broken shower curtain rod

Very clean and staff was super nice! The bed was comfortable and there were quite a few different channels on the tv to flip through. The air conditioning unit in our room worked great also! They charged me an extra $1.76 cents because they said booking.com undercharged me. I also was not the biggest fan of the bathrooms. They used very thin cheap toilet paper and the bathroom was super dated it needed updated bad. The blow dryer did not work. The walls are very thin too so you can hear what’s going on in the hallway and rooms around.

The room was clean, quiet and large. The bed was very comfortable. Location was great for concert at the Tinley Park Amphitheater. Staff was efficient. Breakfast was sufficient. None
