elevator was very sketchy

When we arrived there were suckers in the trash can suggesting that the room was half clean. We did not get any sleep due to dogs barking and when we informed the front desk the male at the desk stated that it was nothing he could do about it. There were no face towels in the room and when we attempted to get some we were given 3 for a party of 5 and told thats all they had and it was nothing else they could do. As if this was not bad enough a fight broke out in the hall and the police were called. This was far from the best experience and I will not be returning to this location.

A storm left us with no electricity on a 90 degree day and we ended up here because we needed a place that allowed dogs. It was out of sheer desperation that we paid $243 for a shabby, worn room that's really worth $100 maximum. There was no working internet or cable - an important detail that the people at the front desk failed to tell us at check in. The property is right off the highway, and we could hear the traffic going by. It rained during the night, and the windows are so poorly constructed that there was a puddle of water on the inside ledge. Total rip off.

Room was clean, all staff friendly and help full,, breakfast lacking eggs etc.

Good room. Had a good stay. Breakfast was decent too
-
very friendly and helpful. We was visiting from Mississippi.

Black mold in the bathroom. Cracked and peeling paint. The hair dryer was sticky. The whole place was damp. The floor moved. The ceiling was poorly patched. Lots of water damage. The noise from outside was as if you'd left a window open. Towels were super bleached but had remnants from past guests. The jacuzzi was tarped off with caution tape. It's an old, worm building and I don't even want to know what else stayed in the room with us that night.

Was not clean. Not impressed.

Didn’t know how to work the AC In the room. It was vinyl flooring not any carpet lol

I use a wheelchair so I had a handicap room. Everything was perfect except the bed was too high! Also the floor was dirty. No carpet which I loved but my hands were filthy from rolling around the room! Other than the bed being too high the room had every accessible feature I could think of.

Rude staff. Roaches in the room.

The room had a bad leak from the ac. It also had a towel rack that fell off the wall. Housekeeping never came to our room. The shower backed up. The floor in the elevator was so wet it was like a pool in the floor. The bathroom door was sticky. There were two flies in the room with us the day we arrive. We killed them before we could unpack. My husband had to get towels and sheets on day one then change the bed with the sheets the front desk handed him. The sheets were the wrong size so my husband went back downstairs to get more and they walked him to a utility closet and told him to find his own sheets the right size. Then my husband returned to the room and made the bed himself. This was upon arrival. The tub water ran black. Yes black. Our room was 421. The icing on the cake beside the actual bedbugs. We asked for the sheets upon arrival because we saw bedbugs spots on the sheets. P.s. I got bit while there. The real icing on the cake was check out. I called the front desk because for the second time during my stay no one was at the desk period. I called the front desk to tell them I wanted to ensure I check out and I quote the desk clerk here "Oh I saw you drop the keys off on the camera." Like sir if you saw me on the camera why did you not come to the desk??? I was standing there for the longest. Ugh NEVER AGAIN STAYING HERE!!!

We also had 1 face towel and when I ask for another sheet or blanket they stated they were out
