    Superb

The staff at this hotel was TOP NOTCH. Each and every staff member we interacted with over the course of our trip was excellent! Breakfast was okay. It rotated hot items each day, so that was a huge plus. The building itself is quite dated, and our room reeked of old pipe tobacco & after-shave. Like it punched you in the face as soon as you opened the door. No matter what I tried, nothing took the smell out. Our bed was very comfy, although I did overhear another guest complaining to the Front Desk about their bed while checking out. Our room was spacious, and clean. Everything that was extremely dated in the hotel appeared very run down, rusty, or dingy. especially the elevator. We were traveling to attend an event at Credit Union 1 Amphitheater, so the proximity and ease of getting to & from that event was ideal. All-in-all, our experience was okay. Not terrible, but 1,000% wasn't going barefoot on the floor either. If we were to come back to the area, I'd likely try another option for comparison.

The staff was extremely kind and professional. The building was older and had a smell, the carpets were dirty, the floor in the bathroom was dirty.

Breakfast was put away and cleaned up before 945 am. I thought this hotel had roll-away beds but they do not. Everything else was great!

The location The staff didn’t know how to check us in using booking, try to over charge my card, had to call manager on the phone for assist twice. The tap on the card reader wasn’t working. Following day the front desk staff gave a family the room I was occupying and was walked in on while using the restroom!

Quiet, clean accommodations with good hot breakfast options and a very friendly staff. The common areas of the hotel have been updated recently but the rooms still look at little dated and didn't have the Hampton Inn feel that the common areas had. Upon check-in, we found the room cleaned to our liking but there was an overwhelming smell of bleach throughout the room. Fortunately, the smell abated by the time we returned that evening so it ended up being alright. The dated carpeting looked clean but somehow "felt" unclean when walking on it in bare feet. Probably overdue for a good carpet cleaning is all. Overall, for the money and location from the heart of the city it was a good value.

Other than that staff were friendly and helpful. There were some things that needed maintenance in our room, the most urgent being broken slats under one bed , we didn't discover that was causing the lack of support until we were packing to leave and looking underneath furniture. Some things in the bathroom look like they might need repair or resealing soon.

    Great for a concerts.

My daughter and family were assigned a dirty room. Cancelled reservation and BOOKED mother hotel. NOT ACCEPTABLE

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Close to concert venue I booked a King room and ended up being given a double room. Front desk said there was nothing they can do because it was a full house. I booked this 6 months ago, so no excuses in my mind. For $250 per night, I would except to get what I pay for. Rooms are in need of a total remodel! Carpet was disgusting and bedding was dirty. Keycards didn’t work, we had to get ones twice. Would not recommend this property to anyone!

I was a bit apprehensive about staying here due to some of the reviews I read. However, I have stayed at Hampton Inns in the past and have never had a problem. My stay here was wonderful. The staff was very friendly amd helpful. Every staff member greeted me with a smile and "hello." The hotel was clean inside and out, as was my room. I would definetly stay here again.
