Just the room could have been better up kept

Only a one night stay, but I slept well, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It’s a little compact but for one night it was great
-
Breakfast consisted of wet eggs, cold sausage, a toaster that didnt work properly, and apparently there wasn't a single spoon in the entire building.

The room we were given wasn’t ready when we checked in, so we had to go back to the front desk for a different room. The keycards stopped working on the second day and had to go back to the front desk for new cards. Some minor damage on the side of the building, but there had been some rough weather recently, so it’s hard to tell if it was from lack of upkeep or from the strong storms. Very convenient location for the Amphitheater and the breakfast was a nice amenity. Our room was clean and the pillows were nice. Overall I’d recommend it for an affordable stay in Tinley Park.

The staff and trip was excellent. The pricing and experience I encountered through Expedia was not great, because I have no idea how to use it, and am a novice. Therefore I got two sets of pricing structures for booking my stay. The price for the second set of two days was book first, and at a much higher rate than the first day that was booked on site. There wasn't even the excuse of a different pricing structure based on weekend versus weekday, they were all weekday bookings. There was nothing they could do at the website except furnish the information that booking hotel rooms is priced dynamically. Therefore I have to rate the experience as a 2-star experience.

It was decent

The rooms were clean and good service
-
Bed bugs and rude staff
-
Good visit but ran over a crack pipe and lighter in parking lot so should be cleaned regularly

We did a single bed queen room. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. There were some small cosmetic things but nothing huge. The water pressure for the shower could use a little help. But we were very happy with our stay. Breakfast was small eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal and a few other cold items. Again worked for what we needed.

The only thing I would have liked more would be more usb/ phone chargers: but very nice place

It was perfect for our weekend trip to Tinley Park and Chicago.

This was the worst attempt at trying to stay at a hot hotel in 80° temperatures. The lobby, halls and elevator were without air conditioning. Once, I got to the room, it was barely cool, the tv was without a signal, the phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk and I went to check the bed and found a ball of black hair beneath the pillow. Even the ice vending machine was dirty and looked moldy. I wouldn’t recommend the Sleep INN to anyone.

We had problems starting with check in. We arrived at 5pm for 3 pm check in. the lady at the desk did not seem to know what she was doing. She kept asking my name even though I had given her my ID as requested. Then she had problems getting the credit card reader to work and had to start all over again on another computer. Asking my name again while still having my license. Then she gave me room keys and said she needed to check if the room was ready. She went to check and came back and said it wasn't ready and had to find another room. Once again that room was ready. We had traveled all day and had an event to be at at 6 pm and the check in took way too long. Then the refrigerator made terrible noise that kept me up all night. I told the manager in the morning and that was corrected. The breakfast was adequate but the room is very hot. No air conditioning. The lobby was hot also. Otherwise it was centrally located to where we needed to go. But for the rate we paid, things could have been much better.
