Room was not ready

Difficult to find parking, and was unable to unload at the lobby due to an event. Two towels for 4 guests, and was unable to get ahold of anyone at the front desk to get more for several hours. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very clean. Close to major highways yet very quiet at night. Courteous front desk personnel. The dining area was getting remodeled so I was unable to eat breakfast on sight.

Room was very nice, however, I slipped in the shower. There was no mat to stand on and tub surface was smooth. Liquid soap made surface slippery. A mat or textured surface would solve problem. Otherwise very nice stay.

Perfect place to stay if you plan on being near long branch area

Room was clean and the breakfast was really good. Staffing at the dining room was inadequate. There was only one person to attend to all the guests in the dining room, so wait time was long.

It's a beautiful, clean hotel and staff were very pleasant . The food & service were also great. I suggest putting some type of anti slip material in the tubs.

Shower door kept on opening, needed to flush toilet several twice . Check in representative just put the key on the counter never told me the room number.

The room was decent sized and clean. The 3rd shift front desk woman was kind and helpful. The couch in our suite was downright uncomfortable. The fridge was empty (no mini bar). The smell in the hallway was very bad, and when I followed my nose to the ice room next to our room, it smelled like a rotting corpse was in there... literally the distinct smell of rotting meat and bacteria. I had to complain twice before our room was moved. The café/lounge menu was very small and the medicore food took a very long time to come out. The front desk guy Brian gave me the creeps. Overall, me and my girlfriend felt dissatisfied and agreed we would NOT be coming back.

Staff was vey friendly and accommodating.

We rented a room to spend s day at the beach and rest before driving back home the next day. The room looked nice but it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. There were stains in the bathroom and those sheets looks horrendous. The grounds are quiet and nice. The hotel is near a lot of of stores. They were all 6 mins away for some reason driving. The staff was helpful. There was no microwave in the room but they have one in the lobby. It's weird looking and not a normal microwave. You can't even tell how to operate it but pressing 7 gave me 2 mins.

The staff were friendly and quick, and the cookie upon check-in was a nice surprise! The facility shows its age, and one elevator was out of service, but the recently refurbished rooms were comfortable and great. A pleasant stay, and I recommend it if you are staying in Central Jersey.
