As soon as we got in the room there was roaches by the entrance the bathroom was ok but the bathtub was slippery the person at the counter was friendly and parking available

Hotel is older but in good condition, room looks like it has newer floors and paint. Bed was on the softer side, but comfortable. Firm pillows. AC unit worked great! Small microwave and mini fridge. Shampoo and body wash containers in shower

Nothing it was filthy with roaches and mold The Indian guy is very rude told me I would be able to get a room for the next day being that I was aleady in one then kicked me out with my disabled kids Theathen to call the police and turned my air conditioner off as I was moving my things out

Our room was comfortable but the sink and shower soap dispenser was not working. Also, the air system was hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature.

El lugar está bien pero solo de emergencia para dormir y el precio entre lunes y jueves está bien pero por un viernes cobran más de $200 por noche cuando el cuarto no los vale al menos en un hotel k cobre eso no habrían cucarachas y yo maté una en el cuarto donde estaba así k lo recomiendo solo de emergencia pero creo k deberían de mejorar la limpieza y cambiar colchones k ya están muy feos y lastiman

Very bad! Below expected standards. Nothing matches the photos. Very dirty. Zero outdoor area, not even a bench to seat. You simply cannot enjoy. Super overpriced for what offered. No value in anything, max you should pay is $50 per night. Never book that place. Absolute disaster.

I’ve stayed at a lot of motels throughout my life but this was the grossest. As soon as we stepped in the room there were roaches on the floor. The nightstand, desk, and tv were all covered in sticky residue like they hadn’t even been quickly wiped down. There were stains on the comforter. The soap dispenser was empty. There was old food in the fridge. The tv remote was missing. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we couldn’t call the front desk. Even though the property was non-smoking, various people were smoking outside our room throughout the night. When we brought these issues up to the front desk the next morning, he just said “okay I’ll tell the manager” and didn’t apologize.

This is the cleanest red roof I have been to yes it is a budget hotel but it gets the job done. Our room was tidy put together. Customer service was great again I cannot emphasize how clean our room was, and I was very grateful usually when I have to go to hotels, I bring my own Clorox wipes and Lysol and all that, but I didn’t need to actually use it this time around. I will be back at this hotel location.

The outside landscaping is the best part. Well maintained and nice. Room was ok. Not super clean but not bad. Beds were warm out n old! Bathroom ok but looked like handnt been swept in long time, floor corners had little piles of dirt in them. Long black hairs in shower. Woman banged on our door twice after midnight (not even a gentle knock!) We didn’t answer it but instead called the front desk who never picked up (called twice in 10 min). AC worked well. Sheets & towels good (changed towels for us n made beds when we were out). Tub very narrow & dangerous to stand to get shower. The surrounding area looked like lots of woods around and yet corporate like. Lots of parking. Hairdryer not working. Space under door let crickets in.

get what you pay for. smoke detector went off at 7am while we were sleeping . went to pull the batteries out and out came the roaches. called front desk yet the two guys working couldnt be bothered. save your money. its a dump

Nothing Pictures were very deceiving. The facility was extremely ran down & had bad odors in every room we entered. Mattress was very cheap
