Extremely terrible with high price

The cost in relation to other places at this time of year summer, is about the only pay off. You definately sacrifice the rest for sure, staff were decent. The overall condition of the place is quite poor. Rooms cleaned ok, bedding super old and worn. A few pests noticed in the bathroom :-( This kind of establishment would do great to offer its guests at least a light breakfast or coffee, but not even that. The owners could do better.

Room was a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes there were about 3 flys in my room the bed sheets smelled horrible
-
The beds were exceptionally comfortable which made our stay even better..

Stay away!!!! this is a dump I am fearful I caught something. I didnt shower due to the stained and nasty tub, the Television did not work with the buttons or remote. I opened the fridge to put a drink away and it was nasty. the nightstand had sticky stains on it and the room plain smelled. When i checked in the worker barely spoke just grunted and was no help. The elevator was sketchy at best the stairs were the nicest part of the entire place. The landscaping was overgrown and just crappy. Red Roof you should be ashamed charging what you do it was horrible.

Doubt I would ever stay there again. The room had a terrible odor, the towels were very hard, there was no "do not disturb" sign, only one trash can in the bathroom, no stopper in the sink, and the tub was shaped weird, which made standing a bit risky. Another odd thing is housekeeping must have visited, but only made one of the bed, leaving the other as it was. Staff members were friendly, and the room was quiet.

Ok for budget hotel considering price

Everything really good

I booked our stay with Red Roof Inn Tinton Falls because of the fair price and proximity to the PNC Bank Arts Center (from exiting the Center, walking 10 minutes to get to our car, exiting the lot and driving to our Motel, was a total of 28 minutes!). Upon arrival, the front desk was friendly and helpful and check in took literally 2 minutes. Our room was on the 1st floor, so I was concerned about noise level from above. Fortunately, it wasn't an issue. However, there was a screaming match in the parking lot at 8am that we could hear just about every word. The room and bathroom were clean. I was not impressed with the comfort level of the bed. It was a basic metal box spring. The room was warm, even set at 69 degrees. The coffee maker was one I've never seen before, but it worked perfectly and the coffee was legit the best hotel coffee I've ever had. (Usually you need all the creamers and sweeteners to make it drinkable, and I was happy to only need one packet of each for each cup of coffee I had.) The TV didn't work, there was no connection, but it didn't affect our stay since we were basically just there to shower and rest. Checkout was also a breeze. I would recommend to friends and family and I would definitely stay here again.

First of all, I had a death in my family and needed to change my reservation to go from Friday to Sunday instead of Thursday to Sunday. Your customer service rep explained to me that it would something like $150 more to stay for 2 days instead of three, explaining that “he can’t simply release the day he NEEDS to make a new reservation”. I show up Friday and the front desk refuses to check me in 45 min early. First room is drowning in cigarette smoke so much I almost puke. I go back, get a new room which also smells but not as bad. I realize that it has stains on the bedsheets and the smell is coming from the disgusting bathroom that has puke around the toilet and a dirty bathtub. Then the third room is at least liveable, but it has two deep stab marks on the door, the sheets have cigarette burns on them, and there are traces of mold or stains all around the room. There was no soap in the bathroom or sink, but for my face and I have since broken out in rashes all over my body after staying in your room. The people loitering around the rooms are all very sketchy and quite frankly this is the second time I have had an issue with hotels.com the first time I was promised a credit I never received for a stay in a place with no kitchen and internet that cut out when I explicitly mentioned I was working remotely. Great job with everything, you are… idk how your allowed to do business. Oh I almost forgot there were roaches in my room.

They took good care of us on our trip.

Disgusting. Dirty. Hair in the showers. Beds were dirty. Stay away
-
Thy got bugs someone stole my blanket I forgot it and called the office and they didn’t even do anything about it

Well you get what you pay for. The room smelled of heavy cleaning chemicals. The bathroom smelled like weed the whole time. At one point the whole room smelled like weed. The TV didn’t work. The port in the main night stand had the wire cut out. Hair in the bathroom and the room itself looked like something out of an horror movie. No bugs which is the reason I stayed and didn’t run for the hills.

When I returned the ice bucket to the front desk, there was no apology. I was given a new one minus the top. I had to ask for a plastic bag for the bucket. The price was good, but not worth it. Would definitely not stay here again. The ice machine in the 1st floor was not working.

Nothing. Staff was rude and incompetent. Place was very seedy and smelled. My daughter had bugs in her room.
