Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Tinton Falls

Not a clean or well maintained hotel.

Having a kitchen was great the problem was the quality of pots and pans and cooking utensils were paper thin. Very bad quality. 1 cup and 1 mug is crazy not even a full set. The toilet was constantly leaking from the bottom. The noise level was bad I had to call front desk at almost 2am because of the noise made outside my room. Parking wasn’t the best as construction vehicles took up most of the parking.

From am unaccepted early check in . To almost selling my room suite before I got there even tho I had a reservation and was in contact with them. No tv all night.. multiple power outages. Denied request for late check out and the pool was dirty so I could not swim. Not a good experience and I will never stay here again. Not a pleasant one day experience and they did nothing to remedy the issues or compensate. Thank God for having a great banking relationship to dispute the charge.

Clean room and breakfast area

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. My kids and I enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean but it was a bit cooler and rainy when I stayed so we didn’t get a chance to really enjoy it but I plan to stay there again when I come back to Jersey for a visit. Also the ppl complaining about no room service, when I checked in I was informed that if I wanted cleaning service to let them know otherwise they would leave me alone for my stay which was perfect for me. Overall this place was great.

We were surprised that we got an upgraded room, however we were unaware that our dog was charged separately when we arrived. Which was outrageous because we thought he'd be included in our total when we booked it otherwise we would've chosen another hotel due to how expensive the one might stay was costing us at this point. Our room was clean and spacious however it didn't have any drawers to put my children's clothes away, nor a bar or hangers to hang their clothes, the TV's didn't work and when we tried to call the front desk our phone didn't work so we had to call from our cell phones. Once we got in touch with someone they told us they'd have someone come to our room to check the TVs, we waited for over an hr and a half and nobody came. The pool was open but I could tell no one had skimmed it in awhile. Towels are provided but only if you ask, you can't bring the hotel rooms towels to the pool. I think a sign should be included in the rooms. Breakfast was really good and we liked how close the location was to Long Branch. I definitely wouldn't return to this hotel though.

Laundry facilities were ok. Breakfast was standard for a hotel breakfast.

Good value, very clean which was nice, pool area was well maintained. Breakfast was adequate. Only considerations were intermittent wifi and location which was not within walking distance to anything. One of the men at the front desk was very helpful explaining the problems with the internet and a work around. Something to do with Hilton charging them and their not wanting to pass costs on to customers, believing that the internet should be free or included. A welcomed kindness.

Great atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Nice pool. Good breakfast. Clean rooms with conveinant full kitchens.

We loved the room. Lots of space, kitchenette, good water pressure in shower, quiet, and darkening shades were all great. Breakfast was okay and location was convenient to Garden State Parkway.

The suite was remodeled it was nice

Clean rooms, which are more like an actual apartment. Plenty of space. Great staff, very helpful and courteous. Having the full kitchen was great. Outdoor pool just opened during my last stay. Good Stay, Great location, Great price

They power went out for a few hours during our stay. I feel like we should have received some credit towards the total bill. Toilet was clogged. We had to go to the main desk twice and they just gave us a plunger. Didn't send anyone to look at it. Housekeeping never came during our 3 night stay. Had to go to the front desk to get clean bath towels.

Comfortable, clean and spacious!

Awful. As for in the room the television supplies no menu so if you want to watch something good luck. The coffee pot had no lid so the drip coffee maker didnt work. Good luck

All about the MONEY!! If you have a concern or a POWER OUTAGE! FORGET ABOUT ASKING FOR HELP OR ACCOMMODATIONS!!! Poor customer service!
